Clean, tidy, good facilities, quiet.

The bed was a bit small for two normal sized adults.

A great place to stay in the middle of Paisley. Facilities were modern, it was clean and provided exactly what was needed for a weekend stay. Close to amenities and delicious places to eat! Communication and booking with Jamie was clear, accommodating and friendly. My travel plans changed last minute and they were able to help me out by letting me check in a little early. I would definitely look to stay here again if I am in Paisley again.

I would take an eye mask and ear buds next time as the blinds are not black out amd the street was a little noisy on a Sat night (as to be expected given the location)

The location was excellent for the town and public transport. The art deco building itself was beautiful. Well done to the restorers. The flat was spacious . The bed was comfortable. There were blinds at all the windows.

Unfortunately the levels of noise from outside the hotel were off the scale at times! There is a large food shop underneath that has several early morning deliveries from lorries. The hotel is on a busy road with lots of vehicles and pedestrians. The resulting levels of noise that come through the closed windows are extreme. As well as the traffic noise one can hear people's voices outside even when they are just conversing. As someone who has worked in the field of hearing loss and had passing brushes with acoustic issues, I would suggest that an acoustic engineer be consulted to see to see what amendments might be permitted in this listed building. We were aware that many reviewers did not mention noise levels which was surprising. We had always had a pragmatic attitude towards noise in the many hotels we have been lucky enough to stay in. We bought earplugs on our second day which helped a little. A reasonable night's sleep is important, especially if staying more than one night. Even such a beautiful building cannot compensate for disturbed nights. On a lesser note, a more comfortable sofa would have been appreciated and more than 2 coat hangers. We both agreed with most of the positive and negative points made by previous reviewers.
