Double beds are way to small and the windows need changing as they let in a lot of drafts heating need to be on constantly to keep it at a comfortable temperature would save money in long run if they changed the windows

We enjoyed our time at Lyn Leven and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We liked the size of the home with 3 bathrooms. The location is wonderful. Home is comfortable. The entryway was great to be able to take off your shoes before going into the house. Beds were very comfortable.

The one bathroom drain did not drain correctly. Took a long time for the water to drain out. Same with the sink in a different bathroom. Walking on the carpet and floor with white socks made them dirty. Perhaps the carpet should be cleaned.

A lovely accommodation in the Highlands - wonderful views, good infrastructure and a cosy cottage.

A lovely view from the living room windows, nice and spacious rooms with adjacent bathrooms. Overall a peaceful and quiet cottage with lots of space for a family. The local supermarket has quite an array of food/drink for such a small village and great opening times.

Lovely stay, very clean and comfortable

Lovely location, great views was lovely and clean everything u need for a great stay My only issue was the carpet grippers where not fitted correctly especially in the hall a screw was sticking up and stabbed me in the foot, my husband sorted it after, also not a lot of cupboard space for self catering would be good to have somewhere to put food instead of on the work top

Location beautiful. Stunning views of the mountains. Shame about weather, rain, hail, sleet, etc. Cottage lovely, clean, spacious, warm and comfortable.

Our misreading of description, but we thought there was a walk in shower. My sister has MS and was unable to use shower or bath. Even a grab rail would have been really helpful. There was no freezer or ice box, both of which would have been useful. There was no microwave either. The single bed being used for an adult would have benefitted from a double duvet as bits tended to stick out on turning over. The other thing I should point out was that in the bath the hot tap was marked C and the cold tap H. I think this is illegal as far as health and safety is concerned.

Very small point but the bedroom at the back may benefit from blackout curtains because of the street lights. However using an eye mask works perfectly!

Beautiful location, close to amenities. Views of mountains and the loch. Pet friendly with enclosed garden. Very modern facilities. The weather was overcast but it was just breathtaking to watch the clouds over the hills.

Loved it all! The only suggestion would be to have coasters available to protect the lovely furniture!

Just idyllic and what a place to either kick back and relax or walk for miles.

The cottage was excellent. It was in a beautiful location. Very easy to find and the views were amazing. It had everything you would need for your stay. Ample parking. The rooms were large and airy. Very comfy beds and well equipped bathrooms with toiletries and towels. Nice wee additions in the kitchen like shortbread, teabags, coffee, sugar, salt and oil. All dishwasher products too. Very cosy and plenty of hot water. Immaculate. Good Wi-Fi too. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The property was spacious and clean. Pamela was available. The tumble dryer broke down which was fixed. The property was in a quiet location.

The mattresses were too soft with coils. The toilets had no hand brushes to clean. The dryer broke down but was taken care off!
