great short getaway with everything we need

great spacious house for 2 people, very clean and had everything we needed

the bed was a bit too firm for us but understand some prefer this. also would’ve been nice to have a sofa instead of 2 separate arm chairs

It’s not that we didn’t like it but the seating in the lounge area was a little too formal, would have preferred a comfortable sofa or reclining chair but this is just our preference..usb sockets would have been better in some areas

It’s a nice warm and beautiful place to either relax during a rainy day, or after a hiking day. The host is very nice and gave me a warm welcome, also cared about me since i was going to free camp around!

The property was the finest short-term rental property my wife and I have ever stayed in. The owner Tony built the home himself and he is obviously a master designer and builder. Every inch of the home was luxurious, efficient and comfortable. Tony was extremely accommodating, calling us before we arrived and taking care of every detail. Fantastic experience and highly recommend to all travelers to the highlands!!!

Beautiful apartment. Very private and well equipped. Great coffee maker!!! And nice to have a washer/dryer. Excellent location for exploring this beautiful part of Scotland.

A great location for exploring glencoe.

The apartment was well stocked, tastefully decorated. It was warm as the weather turned cold. Great selection of teas, coffee and treats. Good quality products also. On appearance, it was very pretty.

The loungers' chairs were not very comfortable. They looked really nice. A recliner would have been great. The bed was pretty hard and no real topper. The linen was ok. But overall, not 5 star as described it to be, unfortunately. It was also missing tin foil, cling wrap, and kitchen roll. Coming in with wet coats shoes etc we were a little afraid we would make a mess. The window blinds made the room dark and tricky to ventilate the rooms as many did not open. A list of restaurants in the area would be grea e host messaged it across.

Wow. so much care, attention and creativity has been put into creating this beautiful place to stay. we were blown away by how comfy we were. every detail has been thought through. there was nothing we needed. the location is perfect too. we felt ourselves lucky that it was even available to book!

Bagpipers Luxury

Everything! This is a fabulous apartment, finished to a really exceptionally high standard, with a huge wall mounted tv, mood lighting at ceiling level, a Nespresso coffee machine, with pods provided, along with shortbread, snacks etc. The bedroom is amazing, with a roll top bath and a large, very comfortable bed. The bathroom is downstairs. It has a walk in shower and under floor heating.

It was cosy, homely and very comfortable. Perfect location and a great base for walking or a relaxing break.

Nothing really. The only minor gripe was that the shower was a bit weak and there was a dripping tap. Oh and we definitely ordered better weather :)

Inviting and very well-appointed property with a warm welcome

Convenient and picturesque location in Ballachulish near the hills and loch. Can be reached by bus from Fort William if no car. Welcoming, responsive and very friendly hosts. Warm and comfortable self-contained cottage with superb facilities including a well-equipped kitchen. Outside table for two with planters around - it's a small area but nicely designed. Highly recommended.

Four chairs for dining table would have been good. Views of mountains only possible really from the velux window in the showerroom. There is some traffic noise from nearby road. The stairs lead directly to the bedroom area (ie open plan, no door). This didn't bother me at all but some mightn't like it. Little can be said that I didn't like.

Superschönes luxuriös eingerichtetes Appartment

Ein sehr schönes, liebevoll, moden eingerichtetes Appartment mit super Ausstattung (von Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Heißluftfritteuse, Mikrowelle usw. über Kaffee, Milch, Kekse bis hin zu einer Badewanne im Schlafzimmer). Es gibt nichts, was gefehlt hat. Super netter und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Einziges Manko ist die relativ stark befahrene A82, welche relativ direkt am Haus vorbei führt und einen mit entsprechenden Straßengeräuschen "beglückt". Wir würden aber jederzeit sofort wieder kommen!!

Mooi appartement met veel voorzieningen, een mooie badkamer en fijne bedden. Fijne host.

De (vele) foto's op de website geven een heel getrouw beeld van de accommodatie. Die is met erg veel zorg ingericht, waardoor het een fijne plek is om te verblijven. De locatie is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor verkenning van Glen Coe en omgeving. De host had hele goede tips voor restaurants (we waren van plan zelf te koken, maar hebben daar beide dagen van afgezien).

De accommodatie is wat donker en het geluid van het verkeer is jammer.

Großartiges Haus mit super Ausstattung und Parkplatz

Einfach nur großartig. Tolles Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Super Badezimmer, Kaffee, Tee und reichlich Zubehör, riesen TV mit Netflix, tolle Badewanne im Schlafzimmer, Mega Ausstattung und Parkplatz inklusive. Ich würde nicht nur wiederkommen, ich würde hier wohnen wollen :). Danke!
