The only issue we had was the toilet brush in our lodge was covered in faeces when we arrived however I did explain to staff who were very nice about it

The view
We stayed here at the end of December and when we arrived the heating hasn't been turned on. It was absolutely freezing and it took hours to get warm which is definitely not something you would expect when you pay for an accommodation. The place was also only superficially cleaned as there were spider webs in all light shades, some pasta behind the curtains from the previous occupiers and a rusted radiator in the bathroom that was leaking on the floor.
