Lodge 38 Rowardennan , Loch Lomond

Great location, very cozy it had everything we needed.

The only negatives would be we never received a welcome package even after asking for one

The lodge was ideally positioned, fantastic views and location. It was warm, plenty of hot water. The TV was great.

Double bed was 2 single beds pushed together on wheels. By the morning the was a huge gap up the middle. So not a double bed. The mattresses were poor and uncomfortable. There were numerous lights missing throughout the property and the lights on the front of the property were all inoperable. The on suite with the electric shower was nice however the shower itself was poor. No pressure and temperature was difficult to keep constant.

Great location ,excellent accommodation.and extremely helpful staff .food fantastic compliments to the chef.this was our third visit here can't fault the place looking forward to our next visit.

Great location 1 minute walk from Loch Side. 1 min walk to hotel for dinner / drinks. Good range of facilities in lodge. Staff were helpful dealing with most of the issues raised.

Lodge not clean on arrival. Lodge kitchen floor area badly water damaged and smelt of damp/mold. Leaking radiator. Bbq dirty (old burger left in it). Pots and pans in cupboard were dirty/greasy. Kitchen utensils in dishwasher not cleaned properly. Oven and microwave dirty. Bird poop in big pile outside Lodge front door (birds nesting above door). Lodge exterior covered in cobweb. Exterior bin unemptied and full of beer bottles from previous occupants. Ash tray with butts left on table outside lodge. Lodge patio area covered in weeds.
