Everything was amazing - from the view on the loch/mountain, to the comfort of the little but very practical lodge.

Clean ,quite and very well maintained and good facilities in the pod
The heater would be my only issue in cold weather I had it up to 40 degrees when I was there the pod barely heated up

Beautifully peaceful location. Stayed in a pod, double bed, comfortable with all the things you’d need for a quiet stay (no tv! But I took my iPad)
Would stay again.
Nothing I can think of!

Beautiful scenery pod was clean and well equipped. Shower toilet and wee kitchen with everything in it. Super quiet. Staff helpful and knowledgeable about everything local.
Nothing was just gorgeous steep walk to killan but worth it for the falls

Excellent location and had everything needed
Wasn’t able to lock the door when leaving as problem with electronic door. The facilities manager fixed this during the stay.

We stayed in the Tarmachan pod, which had an amazing view of Loch Tay. The pod itself was very clean, cosy enough after fiddling about with the heater. Well equipped with microwave, utensils, small hob and fridge. Shower was brilliant !! Beds very comfy enough .WiFi worked well too. Nice touch for people with dogs is the bed/bowl stored under the bed
I appreciate most people are up for either the views, hiking, rambling etc but I was expecting a TV in the pod. I like to relax with an hour or two of TV at night. Not for everyone but just something I'd expect. One other (small thing )the little ice/freezer box in the fridge didn't work and it defrosted what we'd put in it.

Brilliant quiet location, easy to get the keys out of the lock box (though we were glad they had instructions on using the keys - it was tricky!). Easy to cook. There's a little path down to the loch where you can swim — we recommend swim shoes or neoprene socks for the rocks. Lots of wonderful bird visitors and we could see the sunset from the front door.
Had everything we needed in the lodge, but some of the furniture arrangement was a little awkward — for example, it's hard to brush your teeth in the bathroom because there's a shelf right above it so you can't spit the toothpaste out :D But really nothing that impacted our stay.

Gorgious wee pod which had everything i needed for my visit with my dog. Clean and comfortable with fabulous views. I had everything i needed for my weekend.
I felt £30 was a bit steep for the dog , considering check in isn't til 4 and checkout at 10 30...I really only had a day and half, I feel these short trips should be considered for a lower tarrif

Dog friendly with good access to the banks of the loch and good local walks to take.
Shower pressure could have been better

Lovely clean spacious lodge with modern facilities. You can see Loch Tay through the trees. I saw my first ever red squirrel and a robin hopped right into the lounge and sat on the chair!! I could live there permanently.
No major issues that would stop me going back but the two lodges and three pods are quite close together. When sitting on my balcony I could clearly hear the family inside the lodge next door when their windows were open. Also the short path down to the Loch is quite steep and rocky so you need to take care. There isnt a TV but the WiFi was good enough to watch stuff on my phone and my friends tablet. I would have liked a TV though if im honest.
And don't forget your midge protection whatever you do!!

Very tranquil and peaceful
For me having my two dogs with me a gate would have made life easier

Amazingly well equipped pod. Fab location that allowed us to swim every day and watch as an otter swam by.
The midges 😉 but keeping the door closed in the evening and a can of smidge to hand did the trick. Wonder though how feasible it would be to have a mosquito screen on the window/door to let fresh air in whilst keeping wee beasties oot?

The pod is located in a superb area, very quiet. The view from the pod on Loch Tay is amazing. The access to the shore via the small path. Location in nature but a short distance from Killin (coop, cafes etc).
Nothing to mention here.

The setting right on the loch.
The eco pod was well designed and well appointed…
Access to wildspace.
Beautiful experience.
The road in was narrow and felt unsafe at times.

The location was superb. The pod was spacious enough and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back a more equipped for a little more comfort.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Don't think we slept much. And the sofa wasn't very comfortable either. We had to resort to sitting on the picnic bench outside for most of our stay which was fine with the weather being so good. It didnt put us off. Just taught us a lesson to pack some comfortable seats. But the mattress needs seeing too, after reading some reviews regarding this too.

The pod was very clean and comfortable with a surprisingly spacious bathroom, and was well equipped with everything you needed for your stay. Our camping pod was situated on a beautiful spot overlooking Loch Tay, which was ideal for a few days of relaxation 😁
We did find the bed uncomfortable, the spring mattress was a bit like a trampoline when either of us moved, and the springs did dig in so we didn't get the best sleep. However, it will probably be fine for everyone else if you don't mind this type of mattress and is just down to our personal preference.

Had many trips to Firbush in the 90s with the uni, never disappointed. As a group, we had 2 pods & 2 lodges - they had everything you needed. Some of the group paddle boarded, there is a path down to the shore from the lodges.
The midges! Bring plenty spray & a plug in!

This location is superb! Views out of this world.
The Scottish midge proved a little troublesome, so repellant required at this time of year, but would come back in a heartbeat. Perfect midweek reset.
Clean, functional and furnished appropriately for the location. Outdoor activity was our intention, and we got that in spades.
Shhh, don't tell anyone about this place. 🤫🤣🤣 A pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Perfect location by the Loch. Beautiful. Walked up Ben Lawers one day and spent the evening looking at it across the loch with a beer in hand - great feeling. We managed to launch our canoe and SUP into Loch Tay from about 20 metres away from pod - perfect. Pod very clean and had everything we needed. Spoke to a couple of staff members who were super friendly and were doing all they could to make sure we had a good break. Highly recommended.

The pods have a great view of loch, access to the loch shore was a short down hill walk. The pods were comfy and had everything you need for a good stay. You will have to bring your own entertainment during the rainy days and in the evening.

We loved everything the lodge was well equipped for what we needed and spotlessly clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcome and reassured you that they were close at hand should you need them. The area was so peaceful and what a beautiful walk from the site along to the falls of dochart.. we would definitely be happy to go back thanks for a wonderful weekend break, Nicola and Mel
