Home from home. Quaint, clean and stylish. We had everything we needed and more in a beautiful peaceful spot. Our host has left fresh flowers, a lovely welcome pack of treats and wine which we loved. It was all perfect.

A dreamy place to stay - we didn’t want to leave!

This really is a fairytale cottage. We fell in love with it when we arrived. The location is phenomenal, and the cottage itself is gorgeous inside and out. It is unbelievably well-equipped. It has literally EVERYTHING you could hope to need on your holiday. There is plenty of space to relax in the different rooms as well as the garden. There is also plenty to see and do in the vicinity. Just beautiful. We didn’t want to leave! Annie was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when our dog needed urgent veterinary treatment. We couldn’t have asked for more in a host.

Beautiful cottage in stunning location

The cottage was in a beautiful location overlooking the Glen. It was very well equipped with everything you needed with some lovely thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable. Annie kept in touch from start to finish with some great advice for places to visit.

Perfect cottage get a way

Absolutely magical, gorgeous cottage with plenty of space and all the amenities you could need. There is a gorgeous kitchen, sun room, dining room and lounge as well as a shower room and 2 good sized bedrooms. Host was so thoughtful with a hamper of goodies and a selection of drinks that you could pay for as you drank. Everything was spotless and cosy. The decor is gorgeous and very well thought out. There were books and games to use, 2 gorgeous fire places and comfy furniture. Loads of recommendations given by the host and lots to do locally as well as the immediate stunning views. Pretty outdoor space and peaceful setting. Perfect location

We are both quite tall so the range above the oven was forehead height so we needed to be careful when using the hob. The area outside the front door gets really slippery when wet.

Proper Fairytale Cottage - Absolutely Delightful

Pro's The cottage is delightful - very tastefully and lovingly decorated The host has thought of everything and beyond - Annie's communications and personal touches were amazing and 5 Star Hotels could learn from her - Thank you Annie The location is out of this world - It's a proper fairytale location It's private It's very well equipped We could go on,,,, it's a proper GEM of a place!

Fairytales do come true!

I loved everything about this property! I am solo traveling and wanted to explore the highlands (I had rented a little car). it was so beautiful inside and out! Not to mention the kind and personalized touches they offer when you book with them. outstanding shower, great solarium for money and evening beverages. Overall, it was amazing. so many options for what-to-do were offered up by the host, which I had requested and were incredibly grateful for. Stay here, it’s worth every penny!

Quiet rural location with view of the deer in the field out the front of the cottage and mountains beyond. The red squirrel welcoming us on arrival in the back garden was a great bonus, we didn't see the squirrel again, but we did have two dogs with us! Well furnished cottage with everything you would need for a stay.

Cozy country cottage

Location was quiet, beautiful countryside all around. Great for walks or biking. Annie was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with, she left us a generous welcome basket. The photos on the web site were very accurate. We were lucky with great weather so were able to sit out after our busy days and enjoy the evening in the garden. Very cozy and welcoming home. We had a great week there.

The perfect holiday!

There was nothing we didn't like about the cottage, in fact I think it might be the nicest holiday home we've ever stayed in! From the initial booking and all the way through our holiday, our communication with Annie was perfect. She responded to queries very rapidly, and gave us loads of great recommendations for places to go. We were blown away with both the location and the cottage when we arrived - Annie has thought about every possible comfort. We had a welcome bottle of prosecco, strawberries and cream in the fridge when we arrived, and a hamper full of goodies. The cottage has been decorated beautifully, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the beds and bedding are just so comfortable! We loved spending time in the conservatory, watching the wildlife, and all you can hear in the early morning and evening are the birds and sheep, it's absolute bliss. We even had a family of Pine Martins visit us. The location is stunning - remote enough to give a real sense of tranquility, but close enough to local towns that it's not difficult to get to civilisation. We were very lucky with the weather, and spent a lot of time doing outdoor activities. There is a little path down to the river, about 5 mins walk up the road, and we spent a hot afternoon swimming there. Splash in Aberfeldy is great for outdoor activities, and there are some super restaurants that Annie suggested for us. One thing to appreciate is that the neighbours are all permanent residents, so please be thoughtful. They are very welcoming, I even got a tour round one of their gardens, but one did mention that it's a bit annoying when people let their dogs toilet right in front of the cottage. The countryside surrounds the lane, so it's not difficult to avoid this.

Nothing! The cottage was a little more expensive than we normally pay, but since we've basically been no-where for the last 18 months, we didn't mind splashing out. But it is honestly worth every penny! I would go back there in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing time in a beautiful cottage!

The property is absolutely beautiful and designed perfectly. Each individual touch fits the property perfectly. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time at the cottage and would highly recommend it. It's location is also perfect, far enough away from the local towns, but close enough if we needed to drive to pick up supplies. It's also a great location for cycling. We had a lovely cycle from the cottage to Kenmore. Annie, the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Will defiantly be back!!!

Perfect accommodation, perfect host, perfect location.

Gorgeous cottage decorated to a very high standard. We were welcomed with a hamper of treats, a bottle of prosecco with a welcome card and even a welcome hamper for the dog! Annie also provided us with plenty recommendations of places to visit and eat at. The location is utterly stunning, no other word for it. We woke to Fallow Deer and pheasants in the garden every morning and being autumn, the field adjacent was full of Red Deer Stags.

Super verblijf gehad. Midden in de natuur in heerlijk comfortabel huis.

Heerlijk huis waar echt overal aan gedacht is. Fantastische locatie dichtbij Aberfeldy. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en hostess had een heerlijk welkomst pakket neergezet. Echt fantastisch !
