Excellent stay. Neil was an amazing host.

Fully equipped and this apartment was spacious. Great location - convenient for town or as a base for the hills. Very dog friendly. Neil and Tracy were amazing. Very fast responses from Neil and help with any queries. Went out of his way to make our and our four legged friends stay great. Conformable flat and we will be back (second stay in apartment complex already).

General wear and tear in kitchen and its appliances. The induction hob was temperamental and turns off by itself when pans are moved. Again anything issues Neil resolved within hours.

It was dark on the stairs as the timer wasn’t quite long enough to get up and down before the lights went off. Outside light could come on a bit earlier too please

Our stay was amazing, we definitely recommend!

Location was great, close to the city and close enough to all the hikes and the distillery we wanted to visit ;). you do have to be careful not to miss the sign if you're arriving in the dark. Check - in process was also quick and simple. We loved the fact that the host put the heating on ahead of our arrival! He also had a folder full of recommendations for activities, which we really appreciated. Moreover, the drawer with games was great for game nights!

A couple more towels maybe.

Lovely place

The apartment was very clean and the facilities were good. There were a lot of thoughtful touches and the beds were very comfortable. We are unlikely to ever be in Fort William again but if we were we would definitely stay here.

The only minor thing is the car park is very tight. When we went down to load everything in the car we had vans on both sides and it was a tight squeeze to get in the car on the driver's side. The passengers had to wait until the car was out of its space before they could get in.

Convenient location, easy to walk into the town centre. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was nice and clean. Well appointed kitchen.

It’d be nice to have a TV that you can cast from your phone. It’d be nice if the shower was more powerful. Minor things really.

Better on the inside than the outside.

The apartment was well located and quiet. The living space was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed although there weren't many dishes or glasses for 4 people. Ample parking.

Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. The shower head in the second bathroom needs replacing, it only let a dribble of water out (the master bathroom was fine).

The only slight minor point was the shower pressure but this may not be a resolvable issue- could be the whole area. However the water temperature was excellent and the ensuite shower facilities great.

Brilliant Apartment

We travelled here to climb Ben Nevis. The apartment is located very close to Ben Nevis but within walking distance of the centre of Fort William. The apartment was larger than expected and was roomy for 4 adults and two dogs. It had everything we needed. Extras like toothbrushes, shower gel and Cereal were nice and unexpected. On the second day there was a named storm in the area , despite it being August. The owner messaged us to make sure we were safe and advised to stay inside, a really nice thing to do.

Convenient comfortable well-equipped apartment on North side of Fort William about 15' walk from train station & town centre. Views of Ben Nevis from just outside car park, at beginning of road to mountain. Neil very helpful with instructions and arrangements. Easy to get into apartment. We really liked having 2 bathrooms & roomy living/kitchen room. Good parking space.

A bit difficult to understand recycling arrangements! One bin outside for general rubbish, another for all paper, bottles, plastics together.

Cleanliness, space, en suite shower rooms with extra, well stocked kitchen

Cost mainly. We’ve stayed in other places on the NC500 that were much cheaper which we rated higher. Carpets in both bedrooms need attention as do some blinds. The building in general could do with some TLC but it was still a comfortable place to stay.

Cute hostel

Many pillows provided. Very clean towels and linens. Lots of storage space in the rooms. Kitchen had adequate equipment. Hot water for shower was working well. All shower essentials provided. Bins were all lined and ready for use. Everything was perfectly prepared and ready upon check in.

Bed frames were a bit too short. Needs more shelves and hooks in the bathroom.

We had a ground floor apartment and we could hear the people in the apartment above moving around most of the night which affected our sleep. The dining room table was sticky. Pillows were very thin. The outside area could do with a tidy up.

Great place in a perfect location. Neil was really communicative and helpful right up until the stay, and the apartment was perfectly prepped with everything we needed. It also comfortably slept 6 and was easy to find and park. Would definitely recommend

Budget accommodation,

Having parking and its a good point to go either way when venturing out. It had a washing machine which was handy, 2 bedrooms, a small view out the loungeroom windows.

Sad to say, we have paid the same money for other places and got amazing this place was not that. There was mould in both bathrooms, depression in the floor that were covered over with carpet, thought we would step through below I understand remodelling but some was going on at the front which wasnt appealing and had to walk around it. Think the place needs to be updated. I didn't like the double mattress felt like a brick but the singles beds were better.
