Good location but everything else disappointing

Good location to walk to the nearby facilities and easy to reach

Window was broken, staying at the ground floor was not safe. Had to get through Booking.com to get someone to come see it, where they placed a piece of wood to avoid cold air to come in, 100% not safe. Heater in the bathroom didn’t work

Okay stay

Compact with all basic amenities and own shower. 2 double beds.

This was actually a basement, and the walls were very thin. So we could hear all the noise from the neighbours, and anyone walking above us. It was slightly dusty as it had triggered our sinus once we were there. The toilet shower would wet the whole floor as there was nothing to close it. The sink tap had no mixer.

Good facilities, had everything we needed for a short stay. Coffee machine was a nice touch and the cleaners were very nice when we spoke to them.

Beds were really high up with a small step which was a little nerve wracking with young family. Beds were fine but not very comfortable. Once shower had been used, had to be careful not to open the door as it set off the smoke alarm. Pin Code provided on the app did not match the code on the lock. Had to also be careful with the fridge as it was easily moved and then stopped the door from closing.

It wasn’t an apartment its was a stair landing! Bed is far too high could have done with a step up to it! No mirror near any plugs for doing hair. The bath wasn’t the cleanest!

The apartment was thoughtfully laid out and very well stocked. The space was used intelligently, with a cosy kitchenette that made it easy to prepare breakfast. The bathroom was also well equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

What Could Be Improved The room was quite narrow, and while the design made good use of the space, the compact size could be more accurately reflected in the pricing. For what was offered, the rate felt slightly high.

The interior decor is unique and charming, and the furnishings were quite well-equipped, although the room is a bit packed. beds were big & very comfortable. location is good. Overall, the price felt reasonable for what was offered.

Towels were a bit worn, and the cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed visible dusts or stains on the basin & toilet bowl.

We were prepared to use the stove, but, unfortunately, it was not working. The lights on both beds weren’t working either and neither the bathroom extractor fan. Could hear the noise from the apartment upstairs. Poor communication with host.

Comfortable, convenient but very tiny apartment

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Nicely finished apartment with what we needed for 1 night. Shower good, plenty of hot water. Parking easy and good access to town.

Sideways view of sea was a misnomer, you had to really look at a specific angle; see the photo attached Fine for us for 1 night, but extremely small as other people have said. Felt it was very expensive for a self catering apartment where you couldn't pass each other in the kitchen area and couldn't easily get out of bed in the night.

Parking available on site. Coffee and tea in the room. The place was clean and comfortable , the owners have very quick response time.

Very small , not a lot of place to put your luggage. There is no air conditioning,the window only opens so much and no screens so bugs get in. The property says water view, but u have to kneel on the bed and crank your head to the left to see it..

Ideal for a one night stopover in Fort WIlliam

Very compact studio but spotlessly clean, comfortable, easy parking outside, quiet location and just a short walk to the centre. Nice to have the option to eat in with the small kitchen. Top tip: the Black Isle Brewery pub nearby offers excellent real ale and wood fired pizza

I was travelling alone, but couples should be aware that due to the layout one person would have to clamber over the other to get out of bed.

It was a lovely room with a nice kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The shower had excellent water pressure. It was very easy to check in and the communication with the host was excellent.

Great accommodation

The room is clean, the facilities are great and matched everything we need. Not only they provided utensils in the mini kitchen and electronic appliances such as toaster, kettle and microwave, they also provided hair dryer, and netflix on smart TV. The heater works really well. A great place to stay on winter days.
