Pleasant stay, quite a hike up to pod, 30mins walk.

I enjoyed my first experience of glamping. I would do it again.

The bathroom door stuck badly which the owners were aware of. We followed the instructions to open the window and use the vent but it needed some pressure to open, needed planing and WD40 for an annoying squeak. Also would have liked a kitchen sponge and dish cloth, both absent though a tea towel was provided.

Comfortable and Cosy Stay

The lock box code was provided way ahead of arrival and was really easy to locate and use. The pod is lovely and cosy and has everything you need for a couple of days away. Great wee base to explore from and equally comfy to relax in.

One very small complaint was the duvet was a little warm for the time of year. A lighter one would've been great or even a light sheet or blanket provided. Didn't dampen how good the place was, more a small point to make it even better.

Nice pod but could have been better.

Bathroom door would not close it was sticking to the floor had to be left open about 3 inches not ideal in such a short space. Mugs hanging up next to the sink had stains inside them not very appealing.

Great pod

Cow Hill Pod is adorable, and well set up for the small space it occupies! I definitely wouldn’t want more than two people here - it was good for just myself. The owners provided clear instruction on how to access the property, and had a few kitchen/pantry extras available which is always helpful. It’s also a good spot to go to local places like Ben Nevis and only an hour or two from Loch Ness; however it’s very tucked back in a residential area so I wouldn’t recommend walking down to the waterfront where the restaurants and shop are - drive there too. There’s also a creek running behind the house which was lovely to hear at night (no traffic noise) and the front deck provides a great view of the mountains!

The shower is similar to a caravan/campervan set up, and while always hot and available, the pressure was fairly weak. I also had a hard time locking the front door when I left each day, which made me concerned about both my things and my own safety. Small issues in the grand scheme of things though :)

Cute pod

Very nice stay with all the facilities you need. Great that you can also cook for yourself, this was a nice variation compared to the hotels. Close to all trails.

The key was waiting in a safe. As such, there is certainly nothing wrong with this. This does make that you really don't see anyone at all from the pod itself

Cow Hill Pod is a cosy and well-equipped stay, though its location can be tricky to find at first.

The pod itself is a great little pod with all the things you'd need even for a longer stay. There's a hob, with cookware and utensils for basic food preparation and cooking. Bed was comfortable, the shower is as good as it can be in a small cabin like this. The heater was adequate for the size of the room. Overall a great place.

The location was a tad difficult to find at first, I didn't realize there's separate instructions for that, as the actual address doesn't exactly correspond with the location of the pod. The pod is situated in the owners garden, with the neighbour house close-by, but there's plenty of privacy, so not to worry.

Modern, sauber, ruhig. Top zufrieden.

Moderne Einrichtung, saubere Unterkunft, einwandfreier check in mit guter Wegbeschreibung. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und dennoch ist alles gut zu erreichen.

Wasserdruck der Dusche aber ich denke, das lässt sich bei Tiny Houses auch schlecht ändern.
