Great small apartment and good value for money!

Nice cosy apartment. All the facilities you could want including laundry and kitchen. Very comfortable beds and easy to collect and drop off keys.

Issue with water being shut off due to neighbours having work done but this wasn't an issue as we were out during the day and the owner made every effort to help.

Perfect for location, comfort and relaxing after a long day walking.

I loved lots about this place, it was beautiful clean, the bed where so comfortable and the bedding so soft ( so much so my husband and I have decided to some from our bed ) It had everything you could need including a good working hairdryer ( I rarely find them powerful enough) the shower was great after a long walk up Ben Nevis and the sofa comfy to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The location was perfect for everything we needed as it is literally 5 mins drive to town, Ben Nevis, train station and 5 minutes walk to restaurants and spar shop.

I only have one thought (not really a dislike) the door lock was a bit stiff to open, but that is all and not really an issue to be fair.

Parking was tight or impossible in designated spot if the other guests didn't park well. Would be good if spots were sign posted for each flat showing where the bay was.

Lovely apartment within easy reach of all that Fort William has to offer.

Great location for all that Fort William has to offer. The flat was very cosy and clean. Comfortable lounge to relax in after a day out. The host was extremely prompt at messaging and always gave plenty of details in any communication. Would definitely stay again! Many thanks!

Bedroom is a bit cramped but we were aware of this when booking. Not much to moan about really!

Spotlessly clean and very well equipped apartment. We had a very comfortable stay for our walk up Ben Nevis

It was amazing!

The house was clean spacious and had a great view. Clean and comfortable living area and kitchen, interesting decorations put in the living area especially the man climbing wall hanging. Good parking. The location is closer to Aldi which makes it very convenient.

All the beds were adjusted in one room and it was a bit uncomfortable as it felt claustrophobic for 4 people to sleep in the same room with less space to move around, There were no mats in the bathroom making it slippery which was dangerous, there could be better amenities in the washroom as it has a lot of space. the heater in the bathroom was very weird it either gave extreme hot or cold water the settings did not work properly, everything else was excellent!

We liked everything about the apartment. The communication from Joanne was excellent, especially texting on the arrival day to tell us that the apartment was ready ahead of time. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. It’s ideally situated to explore Fort William and its surroundings.

Great location, spacious, facilities to do washing & drying, comfy beds and well presented. A really lovely apartment - we had a great stay.

Honestly, it was all good! The only suggestion I have is to potentially add a surface to lay out your toiletries in the bathroom. Other than that it felt like all had been thought of!

Excellent location, great communication from the property, there was easy parking and it was a simple walk into Fort William. Easy access to everything around that a guest could be looking for. We were very impressed and would stay again. The property had everything we could need for our stay and it was very comfortable and clean.

It was very nicely decorated, clean and tidy and had every facility anyone would need for a short stay. It was also in a pleasant location, albeit fairly close to a busy road.

The remote control for the TV didn’t work, presumably dead battery, so we were unable to use the TV at all. The extractor fan in the bathroom couldn’t be turned off and its noise kept us awake most of the night, even though we kept the door shut. It also seemed to be full of dirty black stuff, bits of which constantly fell onto the toilet cistern. Finally, the bedding didn’t smell very nice, as if it hadn’t been washed after the previous visitors left.

Nice apartment but not as we hoped

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The furniture, bedding, and bathroom were updated and clean. The host communicated (a lot) prior to our arrival. Information about the area available in the apartment was helpful and instructions for stripping beds an trash removal were clear. This would be a great choice if you are not picky about parking and/or you are staying for several days with plenty of daytime hours to do laundry.

Two things that attracted us to this location were the on site laundry and parking which were both a bit disappointing. Because of the noise, laundry was only allowed from 8am - 10pm and the dryer took 2-3 hours to complete. Therefore we were not able to complete a full load and left with damp clothes. The listing also suggested that free parking was available or on a nearby street, but we didn't realize the street was fairly isolated which made us nervous about the security of our vehicle although we did not have any issues.

Relaxing stay in comfortable, well equipped apartment

Small but comfortable apartment close to the town centre with everything we needed for an overnight stay. The instructions and information provided by the owner were v clear and helpful.

Nothing of note to mention. The instructions could do with some updating to reflect the fact that we are no longer in the midst of the Covid pandemic.
