As a family we enjoyed our time and due to the number of rooms we had our privacy also.

A warm and cosy house. Very close to the beach. Very close to all shopping areas.

Rear steps / handrail was a concern. Top of the house had a few wasps over our visit , who were not easy to remove.

Beautiful house, very roomy and well equipped in a convenient location in Largs

The location is perfect for us - we can walk our dog at the top of the road near the beach or walk into the town. So much space in the house and it is so well equipped. Beds are comfortable and showers are hot. Everything was very clean.

Just the brown settee is the lounge is a bit musty smelling. The oven kept turning off and on - a slight lose connection.

Comfortable and spacious with a great location - we could easily walk into the town and walk the dog on the green

Location and number of bedrooms/bathrooms. Very happy with the downstairs bedroom with on-suite for my elderly mother. Nice little garden. Options of dining areas. Great top room with choice of bed and lovely on-suite.

Couldn’t get the tellys to work - very little information on heating/hot water as one morning we didn’t have either (apart from showers). Mattress protectors heavily stained in the room nearest the family bathroom. Very dangerous on-suite to back bedroom with the step.

Disappointing

Location was perfect. An easy walk to everything.

Property needs updating. Decor and furniture very tired. Beds uncomfortable. The house was very reasonably priced and enough beds for seven of us as there were 13 beds although a bit cramped downstairs for seven to sit together.

The kitchen could have been cleaner and I think the whole house could do with redecorating as its been a wee bit neglected on the whole we had a very pleasant stay

It a pity ,small things that were so obviously not checked, should have been sorted before anyone’s visit.

the property had dead blue bottles on the bedroom floors and window sills.There was nowhere to hang your clothes as the rail was broken and left on the floor.One bedroom had a blind that you weren’t even able to close as it was broken and all hanging to one side.

Location was fabulous well equipped house for all your needs would recommend a stay here no need for a car as train station and bus stop five minutes away staff online and through texting very helpful .

Excellent value for a group of twelve adults.

We travelled up to play golf. 12 guys felt so comfortable, real home from home. Loads of space and we were comfortably able to get all the guys round a table for dinner. Superb location close to shops ferries etc.

So roomy lovely area very comfortable everything you could want loved it would highly recommend it plenty of rooms bathrooms lovely and cosy and so clean and near the front and all amenities lovely clean comfortable beds

Absolutely nothing even had games and books satellite tv if the weather turned bad dishwasher washing machine not one complaint

Great place to stay

It’s a lovely old house, very spacious and bright on a pretty street. It’s close to the centre of Largs, the beach is literally at the end of the street. There is plenty of on street parking and an enclosed garden. The house has bedrooms on all three floors. A sunny garden room, 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a huge room in the attic, perfect for older kids. Three en-suites and a main bathroom. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There are lots of things to make your stay extra comfortable- hairdryers, extra bedding, ironing board, lots of tv’s , board games……….. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

A king sized bed in the garden room would be much appreciated.

Perfect house and location

The house was so spacious with 8 beds to choose from! Location perfect, you can see the sea at the end of the road. 10min walk into main town. Very comfortable house with every thing you could ever need. Host answered questions straight away. Would definitely return.
