A beautiful venue to celebrate our daughter’s special birthday !
House suited a large family gathering but had plenty of room for everyone. Large bedrooms,some very large all of which had either en-suite facilities or bathrooms very nearby. Location was excellent and lovely to be able to sit outside on very frosty winters day and take in the views and the kids loved a wee wander to visit the Highland cows in the next field. Ten minutes to Dunfermline to nearest Tesco if forgotten anything ! Also was not too far from of the motorway which access easy . Kitchen had absolutely everything in it and it was so lovely to all be able to sit all together in the dining room.Large drinks fridge in the pantry ,large freezer in utility room and large fridge in kitchen which all coped with our food and drink no problem! Well stocked with logs for the lovely coal fires we could all sit around.Thanks Colin ! Both Franc and Colin were extremely helpful from booking communication right through our stay.

Would stay again
The house was fantastic and I wish we had more friend with us to take full advantage. Dinning room was a little cramped for larger groups to have sit down meal but rest of house was so spacious and luxurious.
Dinning room was a little cramped, hot tub wasn’t warm on last morning and we could see how to adjust temperature. Small complaints for fab house

A great weekend stay!
The rooms were amazing. So much space and great value for money. It was very easy to get in touch with host and great communication. We had a great time and will definitely be looking to book again!

Just Lovely
Love coming to this property when we visit Scotland and nearby relatives. Always welcoming and most hospitable. It is homely whilst having all the comforts of a hotel but so much more familiar and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. This is our third stay and can highly recommend.
