Great location, very well equipped and well kept caravans.
Nothing - except that a corkscrew and a potato peeler would have been really helpful!

Fantastic location right on Loch Lomond. The cabin was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside is that the park is located directly on a busy road. If you want to go hiking, you either need to walk a few kilometers along this road or take a bus to a nearby village to start more scenic routes.

Very clean, enough space for a family of four couldn’t fault the caravan at all.
That we didn’t get to stay longer

The accommodation was excellent we didn’t have far to walk to the loch. Shower facilities were excellent.
We could have benefited from a parasol for the picnic table as it was very warm that weekend.
On Friday night there was a lot of noise as neighbours had a party that went on late into the night.
A silence curfew should be implemented at 10pm.

The location, the size of the park. The cleanliness of the caravan.
There was nothing to dislike

Perfect location to visit Luss and boat trip on Loch Lomond. The Holiday Park was quiet and felt secluded. Th beds were comfortable and Caravan was very clean - in fact spotless.
The twin room was freezing for our guest, so unable to sleep the first night. The main double room with ensuite was
perfect for us and didn't need any heat.

Location was amazing. Amazingly clean accommodation. The park felt secure. Very clean. Location was good as well.
Staff were nice. Allowed me to check in one hour early which was very nice after a long journey- really appreciated.
The towel rail did not work neither heating. If you get caught in a cold night then it might be an issue as it gets cold over night even after a very hot day- temp drops.
Although I reported it twice but unfortunately outcome was not communicated until last day upon departure to say someone was out and said it was working!

Scenery was fabulous tranquillity. Member of family enjoy open water swimming
Wifi Signal poor, occasionally 4G would connect.

Location was fantastic. Extremely clean.
The beds were very uncomfortable. Shows on your website that toiletries were included - one VERY small bar of soap was left in each bathroom. Receptionist not very helpful.

Caravan had plenty of space, fixtures and fittings appeared new and sparkling. Beds were comfortable. Lovely to be able to walk down to the loch shore. I really liked being able to cook on a gas hob (lots of self-catering accommodation has induction hobs which I don't like).
Beds in the twin room could have been a big longer, they were too short for my teenage son.

The on site shop should be better equipped.

The site itself was really beautiful. Well maintained with lots of trees and bushes. The caravan was lovely and modern and clean with just about everything you could need for preparing food. Really big fridge freezer. Tea and coffee sachets were a lovely extra. Tons of cupboards and storage space everywhere. 2 bathrooms. If you’re not so fussed about uncomfortable seating and barking dogs then it’s a fabulous place to stay.
The beds were just ok comfort wise. The sofa was very uncomfortable. Outside bench seating on decking was also very uncomfortable so couldn’t sit there for long. TV facilities were also a bit dire. Remote controls very difficult to work. I think they may have needed new batteries.
Barking dogs were also a bit annoying. One lady in particular in a nearby caravan just left her dogs on the porch nearly all the time and one of them barked a lot and she just left it there barking and didn’t bring the poor thing indoors. It obviously wanted to go inside.
Also, I wished there was some kind of seating or benches on the shore so we could sit for a while and look at the Loch. As we didn’t have a caravan with a view of the Loch and there was nowhere to sit and view the Loch from, I didn’t think there was much point in booking a caravan site right on the Loch itself. In my mind, when I booked, I had visions of being able to sit by the water and read a book but, unfortunately, wasn’t able to do that in this location.

Views around Loch spectacular. Village of Luss is nearby, beautiful place to visit.
Caravan very near main road which is noisy. No view of loch. When you walk down to edge of loch no seats to sit, and it is a pebble beach so uncomfortable to sit on.

Spotlessly clean. Very well thought out for a very small space.
Socket near the mirror 🪞 perfect.
Little shelf next to the bed.
Perfect heater, and warms the room incredibly quick.
Would have been nice to have a chair.
But not enough space .

Area was beautiful.
The caravan was very basic and dated with no homely extras etc (flowers or nice touches). Was of the understanding from pictures when we booked we would have a loch view and nicer interior to caravan. This was not the case!

Excellent family holiday. Everything we could need to occupy 4 kids. Didn’t catch his name but the young, dark haired guy that works in the shop and reception is an absolute credit to your company. So friendly, helpful and welcoming. Deserves a mention
Bed in the main bedroom could do with a new mattress

very friendly staff on hand during the day. The shop had a great selection and the site was very peaceful and nice. The night security were so lovely and helpful and very easy to contact and quickly sorted out any problems we had. The pods were comfortable. I asked at reception for another towel and a friendly member of staff brought it to the pod almost immediately so that was great. The holiday park is easy to find and great for parking. cannot fault the staff at all!
check in was a bit stressful as we arrived at 5 past 5 and the reception was shut and it wasn’t clear to phone night security to help as it was only 5pm. Got checked in with the night security who was very friendly and helpful. Got into our pods (we had 3) to find that pod number 7 had not been cleaned from previous guests, wet towels covering the bathroom floor, used soap in the sink, dirty bed sheets in a bag on the couch, no toilet roll and unmade bed. Night security was very helpful and came and sorted this for us but this clearly isn’t their job so we felt a pain for asking them even though this should have been sorted for our arrival. Pod number 5 did not have working hot water in the shower at any point of our 2 night stay and also the rain got very heavy on Saturday night and the both the vent in the bathroom and the main living area began to leak.

very spacious and excellent location
The beds were a little on the hard side, would be fine for 3 nights but 7 nights just a bit too long.

Great service from the staff and the location is in an excellent spot for looking at the stunning views.
Many bugs but to be expected especially in the summer. Would of liked more pillows as there was only 1 each but not too much of an issue.

would have liked 2 pillows each instead of one

The location and the style of accommodation loads of bugs n spiders webs in pod lol to be expected
They were short staffed and expressed this on arrival, welcome pack also states they are a small team and the need for guests to strip beds on leaving due to how few staff they have isn't how i expect my stay to start

location
Our lodge wasn’t cleaned prior to us arriving. There was rubbish still left in the room, dirty bedding (we actually slept with towels over the pillows) and the room stunk of Cigarettes even though they are non smoking. really disappointed with the stay my parents stayed in the next lodge which looked like it was cleaned but Tv didn’t work so with no Wi-Fi and no tv it was safe to say they were very bored. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend

Nice area and location
Had everything you needed for 1 or 2 nights I would bring food and drink with you and put it in fridge for convenience.
Has microwave etc nice shower.
Only stayed 1 night had a wedding 10 mins away all in all a good place 2 stay.
Late check in and early check out.
Managed to get a later check out of 11 max but had a wedding at 14.00 and would rather have had a later check out if possible but not the worse thing in world.
Some cobwebs in corner but that didnt bother me too much
