Great stay cant thank Matt enough, great communication and very accomodating. The welcome pack had all of the information needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is as described and immaculately clean. More than enough supplies including crockery, utensils, towels and bedding which were all good quality and freshly laundered. Location is great I had no trouble parking and was able to charge EV just a few minutes away at the leisure centre. Close to shops bars, restaurants and train station. Reasonably priced - will stay again.

Door lock kept jamming on apartment door mortise lock. Yale lock was very loose. Front door left unlocked by residents on numerous occasions.

Location in Helensburgh, you could easily walk in. Two good sized bedrooms, lovely lounge, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine for those doing a longer stay.

I felt the property was a little over priced for a two night stay.

The pool table is the star of the show, we immediately felt comfortable and at home.

Location was perfect for our needs, the overall comfort, the beds, sofas, etc of the place was great. The pool table was phenomenal and we found ourselves most nights flocking around it. The recycling for the whole stair was clear and easy to understand. And the stair itself was kept in good condition with absolutely no noise from any other flats. The linen supplied to us clean and well laundered. If we are ever in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again. Many thanks.

Very pleasant stay with all amenities that were rewuired.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Crockery, cutlery in good order and matched and without chips. We had not realised there were 2 flights of stairs and one of our group found them daunting. The pool table in the kitchen was much enjoyed.

it’s a top floor flat in a residential building the stairs aren’t ideal walking up and down all the time. some of the decor was a bit run down and could do with being replaced for example the flooring in the kitchen.

As it is a well-appointed self-catering apartment with the provision of some spices, condiments and oil, breakfast was not provided. Overall, this Apartment was excellent and I had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay especially as it is situated so very centrally.

The only points for the Host to note are:- (1) The Bathroom shower’s ‘hot and cold’ water settings were not very easy to work out to put at safe-temperature settings but l was able to readily contact my Host to remedy this situation. And (2) As I had not used an induction hob before, I couldn’t easily work out how to use this Hob’s function settings; I therefore used my smartphone to google ‘how to use an induction hob?’ - in order to use this Hob; I subsequently came across the Hob’s Operating Manual in one of the kitchen drawers.

Top flat up a close with permanent residents bike ladders ECT on each landing. Made it very difficult to get the wheelchair carried up and down. Mold in bathroom on tiles and in tube beneath the glass shower door. Mold in sealent under every window.

Overpriced or under loved.

Great location, well equipped, modern kitchen, plenty of towels supplied and extra bedding available. Beds were comfortable. Generally clean and tidy... My son loved the pool table!

I really wanted to be positive about this property because it could be fantastic and we really enjoyed our time in Helensburgh but, on the whole, it feels and looks tired and neglected. The carpets are old and badly marked, the wooden floor in the dining room is chipped and damaged and the whole flat needs refreshed and repainted. The dining room blind was broken so couldn't be opened, the bathroom door could only be closed with force (not ideal if you need to go when others are sleeping) and there was mould and mildew around the bath. In the second bedroom, the two sockets next to one bed didn't work and there was a dead moth left on the wall. The listing stated that the flat had a sea view which it doesn't and that Netflix is included but no sign in details are provided. As we couldn't check in until 4 and had to be out again at 10 on leaving day, it worked out at over £150 per night... which I wouldn't have minded paying had the accommodation been up to scratch. I think it's time to either upgrade the property or reduce the price.

Comfortable once we were up there

The towels were nice white and fluffy. The pool table was fun. Close to Helensburgh Central Station and town.

The flat is on the 3rd floor so lots of flights of stairs to carry luggage and supplies for 6 people. A few maintenance issues which we told the host about.

it wasn't clean at all, there is punch on hair on the bed on our arrival. and we weren't comfortable with the furniture. you could tell not been cleaned for so long .

Perfect for a short break.

Lovely flat in a great location. In general flat is in a good condition and well maintained. Communication was excellent and when I needed to change my dates they could not have been more helpful. Kitchen/diner is a really good size with the added bonus that the dinning table doubles as a pool table! Wifi is included and worked well. Bedding and towels, including large bath towels were provided. We had a great stay and have already booked to come again.

Pictures shown and actual lights doesn't match. Bathroom is very old Show is other side of the water drain. There were no instructions on how use bathroom shower. No soap found. Mattresses are very old. There were no lights when we enter to the apartments. There were no clear instructions for waste bin. No Travel guide found. When you enter to the rooms you feel so much smokiness.

Bien mais ne vaut pas un 9.

Le billard est très sympa. La proximité du loch Lomond.

L’appartement n’est pas aussi resplendissant que sur les photos. Il mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Le paiement s’effectue par virement après le séjour et non directement par booking. Procédure très inhabituelle, ce qui nous a laissé croire à une fraude et nous a un peu stressés à la fin de notre séjour.
