Disappointing

Good location. Good TV.

We were not staying the the Skyline Apartment building as advertised. We were not informed of the change in accommodation facility and the property we were placed in did not match the photographs of the facility we booked. There was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen and we had to mop and clean the kitchen ourselves. No cleaning supplies provided, not enough toilet paper. Showers are grotty and two of the four bedrooms smelled of urine.

Great safe location, clean and cosy flat

The apartment was located at a very convenient location in the mid of all city centre shops which was great for our last minute Christmas shopping. We had all we needed to relax in the evenings after a busy day. It was clean, cosy, safe.

Nothing to complain, good value for our money, will definitely be back again in future.

Utter Shit

Nothing, totally not a described and not what was expected as in number of beds, parking spaces, we were lied to and very disappointed This owner should not be on bookings dot com

We were told there was parking for two vehicles and then told that we were not told this , via a totally innocent middle person, who was not in on the conversation. We booked online for sleeping facilities for seven single men. Knowing that there would be one double bed, and the rest would be singles. A father and son in our party would share the double and singles available for each other person. Not so, the property had two double beds and two singles and when we complained and followed up the minute we arrived, we were told there was an inflatable mattress in the cupboard in the hall with a foot pump! This caused our party to have to split up at great expense and find alternative accomodation for three members of our group. A total disgrace and not a care or a worry from the owners.. they could not have cared less. We also had a second apartment booked in the same facility, booked on my recommendation for a member of our group traveling with his wife and three children, it was not available and they sent them to some dodgy part of Glasgow miles form us, to an apartment nothing like what was booked, with no parking at all!!! These owners should be forced to compensate all of us and never allowed on booking.com ever again!!

TOTAL SCAM

Nothing, it was absolutely ABYSMAL and a total scam.

TOTAL SCAM. We booked a stunning apartment only to be told on our way from the apartment that there was an issue and we were being upgraded to a better unit in a different location. I don't believe for a second that the original apartments were a real booking. The "upgrade" was worse than a backpackers. We were given a big but awful apartment that was extremely tired and old and in a very rough part of Glasgow. I can't put into words how bad it was. There was work bing done on the building so we had tradies walking past the windows all day and at one point the whole front access was removed so we had to go through the back carpark. The beds were rock hard, the furniture was stained, broken and mismatched. The carpet was stained and EVERY wall was heavily marked. The patio was falling apartment and wasn't safe to walk on.

Very Centrally located Glasgow City Centre Apartments

Booked a 3 bedrooms and a 2 bedrooms apartment! It was all perfect for our colleagues!! Very central location, Buchanan Street great for shopping, central station , queen street station, restaurants all minutes walk! Enjoyed the day and night life! It was very happening! Megan from the company helped us with a smooth check in! Thank you

Great location within only a few minutes walk to the city centre. A cozy apartment with comfortable rooms, adequate amenities and kitchen facilities. Charlie was really friendly.

It is definitely not a 5-star apartment.

The hosts were not cooperative at the checkout, they asked us to leave at 11 am, and we asked only for a place to keep our luggage as our flight was at 6 pm. However, they did not cooperate and suggested talking to the concierge by ourselves, and if he agree to keep the luggage then he is doing a favour!

As the pictures show, old furniture. The sofa was damaged from the sides and the chairs have stains. Three doors are damaged, and the kitchen sink is not working properly. The table is moving (not stable) and the bedsheets are overused and old. When we entered the flat there was a bad smell of moisture.

The Skyline Apartments were very handy as we arrived at central station

Very handy for central station, location of tye apartment was right at tye centre. Everything the city had to offer was around. We had other colleagues and Mr Jim helped us with extra keys for all our guests staying in other rooms so they can have access to the apartment if they had to access to the apartment if they had to come at different times. The apartment had everything we need for our group, kitchen was fully equipped including washing machine, fridge freezer and living room TV even had Netflix and online contents to watch. We preferred an equipped apartment as base rather than separate hotel rooms so we have one base for our group. We were for Glasgow film festival and we all loved Glasgow.

Location was excellent, and the flat was reasonably well supplied with glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.

Accommodation was pretty cramped generally; temperature control on shower in second bathroom was dodgy; tv reception was virtually non-existent.

Family celebration

Excellent location. Could walk to everywhere...great restaurants nearby and ten mins to riverside or shops. Super friendly and helpful Megan! Cosy and plenty hot water. Efficient washer/drier. Parking on locked private site( careful driver needed!) Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen area( want the toaster!) Beautiful lobby area to building...smelt fresh and clean every day.

I realise sofa bed is for flat to accommodate two extra guests but sitting on it for seven evenings...it's not a bit comfy!...maybe a few cushions? We used pillows but not really ideal. Lots of building work around so bit noisy with Windows open on nice days. Extra pillows and towels may be nice...we had one each plus one spare so we were ok. (3 of us!)

The property was very clean, the beds were very comfy and we felt at home while staying there. the location of the property was unbeatable as its approximately a 5-7 minute walk from central station and the city centre. If i ever come to glasgow again, this apartment would be my first choice.

It wasn’t very clean, blood stains on bed, marks on sofa, lack of mirrors, bins, toilet roll and shower in en-suite didn’t work well.

The location is excellent and as travelling with a family of 5 having two bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room it was ideal. Plus free parking nearby a street away was perfect. It’s in a central location and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The property is very compact. It is tired and in need of an upgrade with peeling wallpaper, broken door handle to hall cupboard, the kitchen sink tap wobbles when you turn it on, peeling paint over every window sill, the coffee table was covered in marks, peeling veneer on bedside table, some one had drawn a lovely smiley face on the bed frame at the foot of the master bed. When we removed the bedding when we left, to make life easier for the cleaner we noticed that some pillows were yellow stained and one single bed had a mattress protector on it which had a blood stain which was not on the child’s bedding so must have been there prior to our arrival. The girl who showed up the apartment explained that the ensuite toilet has yellow staining over the toilet seat, which was damaged by bleach but considering all the other faults, the property needs to correct a snag list to make it 5 star.

L’appartement est assez vétuste, le tapis d’une des chambres était plein de miettes, un des lavabos ne se vidait qu’extrêmement lentement, le premier jour, un des douches peinait. Il n’y a pas de table pour prendre un repas ni linges de rechange.

Buenos aptos, con la dificultad de los cambios ante dichos

En el momento que llegábamos en taxi al apto. nos avisan que no estaba disponible y nos envían a otro apto muy bueno y nos dicen que los últimos 2 días debemos volver al que inicialmente contratamos . Ambos aptos estaban muy bien. Lo inconveniente fue la llagada luego de 22 horas de viajes con 2 niños y 2 personas mayores, tuvimos que ir al otro apto. Y los 2 últimos días volver a cambiar de apto
