Been coming to this place for a few years. Hosts have always been flexible- I booked the wrong day once, even though they couldnt accomodate the change they allowed a refund so I could find an alternative- they didnt have to- I had taken the no cancellation option.
Because of that experience I always book these premises when in Glasgow.
The hosts have changed the entrance way in. Much better entering through the conservatory, the old entrance is now a useful fire escape

Comfortable, convenient to the bus.
Tricky to find initially, we didn’t see the small sign in the rain. Allow time for the bus into Glasgow.

Closeness to bus route major plus point.
Large black Slug coming out of and going back into extractor fan in bathroom.
1 plate, 1 bowl, 1 knife and fork etc. This seemed very petty and made mealtimes awkward.
Room was clean but hall and stairs grubby.

Good location and access instructions
Room and property was OK, but a bit basic. The room door didn’t fit properly (room 8) and we had to put a blanket in the gap to keep the hall light out.
