Handy to visit the city Linens and kitchen amenities included. Parking.

Not like photos. Windows that wouldn't close properly. Lights that wouldn't turn off. Master bed mattress awful. Too many doors that we were not able to secure which left us concerned for our children during the night

Great base and value for money apartment

Spacious, warm, clean and tidy with off street parking and a mini kitchen for self catering. Within a 20 min drive of Queen Elizabeth ll Hospital, Govan great base for visiting.

Nothing major. Had a bit of trouble negotiating the entrance door with my luggage. I use a walking stick and the doors heavy and very close to the steps. I'll be better prepared next time.

Overall was good place to stay would return

Easy to find good location

Very small car park only for 2 cara if 3 car parks then very difficult to get out as the gate is narrow and steep hill! Also outside door closure could do with adjustment so it doesnt slam the door! On first night was little children running in one of the apartments way past 10pm made difficult to sleep

It was clean, and very basic, nice area.

It was a perfect location for visiting our family.

The room we got was not what we booked online. We booked a one bed apartment and what we got was a tiny room with a bed in the corner and a kitchenette squeezed it. We literally couldn’t swing a cat. Towels were hand towels not bath towels so tiny.

I wanted to cancel as I didn’t like anything about it but the host refused so I was forced to pay for two nights.

The location was good, it had parking onsite

The mattress was badly stained, the bed frame was bits of odd furniture put together to make a bed frame and bedside table. The headboard was screwed onto a bit of laminate flooring nailed onto the wall. The electrics did not adhere BS7671:2018. The fire doors had gaps which light light in meaning smoke and fire could get in. Worst property ever

It was very cosy and catered to all my needs. The shower was great, the temperature was perfect and the power too. The bed was cosy. The place was very clean and lovey and warm. This was my second time there and I will certainly go again when I’m back in Glasgow

It was clean and private. Great facilities and location.

We were on the ground floor but due to flats being above there was a lot of noise from movement above and people going up and down the stairs. Also the mattresses on both the double beds were really uncomfortably.

Location was just what I needed, it was easy to get to using Maps, didn't need any interaction with anyone to gain access to property.

The lack of cleanliness of the pots were not nice (old and tarnished).

We cancelled as the bedding was dirty and had our money refunded.

There was a loose, freestanding electrical socket on a shelf which looked dangerous. The duvet was covered in stains, some marks looked like old blood spots. The oil filled radiator was broken beside the control switches. I was unable to close the window properly as the handle would not lock.

Ideal family accommodation

Great location. We stayed in the 3 bed villa. Big rooms, lots of space. Very clean. Some free parking on site. Very easy checking in and access. Travel cot provided free of charge and some toiletries. Dishwasher and washing machine available. Very quiet, although we were there over the weekend. 5 mins from large Morrisons.

Basic provisions- not quite enough toilet paper, one small towel each, short on some cutlery, tight parking spaces, early check out time, especially for a weekend.

Nice compact clean and comfortable accomodation. The hosts although you don`t see them are great. I made a mistake and booked for the wrong night, they very kindly refunded my money, which they had no obligation to do. Hence my loyalty to this property.

Could do with a deep clean in n the room we had but was equipped well and like the fact we had coffee, tea and shower products The lights on the stairs need to be abled to turn on from downstairs, quite dangerous walking up two flights of stairs at night because they are very steep and dark! The worst property we've ever stayed at, we won't be going back and cannot recommend it!

Nothing to like at this property other than free wifi. Kitchen looks like it had a make over some years ago but machines don't fit under the counters, power lead to the fridge trails over counter top and boiler plumbing exposed / partially covered by loose woodwork.

This is not a full property rental .. it is a per-room rental and other rooms were let to other people during our stay. Whilst we were in the living room, complete strangers entered and went upstairs .. absolutely outrageous, there aren't even any locks on the bedroom doors so we couldn't secure our belongings whilst out for a walk. Trouble with the boiler meant that there was no hot water so couldn't have a morning shower before we went out to work. Shared parking was difficult, everybody struggled to manoeuvre in the limited space, if you've got anything like a normal sized car, you'll be leaving it on the road.

It was a lovely old villa house but in dire need of refurb.

The list is long….the shower was only cold water, the sink plug in the shower room didn’t open so water didn’t drain. The shower room toilet bowl was loose. The back door was open and locked with a bathroom handle lock. One of the kitchen windows was open on the ground floor so we closed it and the hand fell off. I had to go into the garden to push it closed, but it wasn’t lockable. The bed mattress springs could be felt and were in need of replacement. The main bedroom sting hinge was broken. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart. The kitchen chairs were mismatched and one of them was broken. There was a room beside the kitchen that was a downstairs toilet that was used to throw old bits of broken furniture. I’ve probably forgot about some stuff that was most of it.

The location is okay.

The property is very run down, alot of old damaged stuff. The carpets are dirty. The owner knows his property is run down with old damaged stuff, and there are plenty of reviews of Google on him trying to pin down the damages on the guests. So just be careful and film the empty rooms and already damaged stuff on your phone , so he can't blame it on you.

Perfect location for my work at silverburn shopping centre. great value

Used this accomodation before- The host as far as I am concerned are very nice, although I have not met anyone. I previously made a mistake in my booking and turned up a week early, the hosts refunded my money even though it was not technically refundable- this made my day and i vowed to use this accomodation more. Always satisfied with the accomodation.

The owner is really nice. The room is comfortable. Spacious. Clean and tidy. TV with Netflix and amazon is awesome. Toilet and shower with lots of room. Also... a fridge and microwave. I was very happy.

No big deal but recommend a fan in each room. Was sometimes to hot to sleep. Just a cheap £10 fan or something would make this place perfect!
