Front door lock didn't seem to work properly

Communication was good although we had a slight misunderstanding when we added an extra night but this was sorted no problem.
Good location. All we needed for our 3 night stay
Great shower.
Not like is too strong but the rooms could do with some TLC.
The third bedroom is actually a double bed in the lounge but was no problem.
The locks on the doors seem not too good though there are dead bolts inside so no danger of anyone getting in when you're asleep

Four beds
Staff unfriendly, almost like irritated to see you.
Key not on site, have to go to their nearby hotel to pick up. You may have to be dragging luggage to pick keys.
You pay damage deposit, which refund is not painless.
The apartment was not cleaned properly.
In short, customer service/support is poor.
