VERY spacious & comfortable. Clean & well maintained. Well equipped with kitchen & utility appliances, etc.
Manager very responsive to requests / questions.
Not a major concern, but: flooring in hall and bath were not professionally installed: uneven, squeeky and not accurately cut to fit.

Close to bus routes and some shops and a lovely park
A quick clean had been done , but we did find a lot of hair and fluff on the floor crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The top of the bin was dirty. The freezer needs defrosting.! But the main issue was there were no hooks to hang up any type of towel in the bathroom or toilet and the shower did not drain at all well so I suspect it needs cleaning out badly
This could be a fantastic property with abit more tlc 🙏
