Excellent host, facilities and location

The location is picture perfect, only a few metres from the ocean with no road in between. The house itself is roomy and spacious and perfect for a beach holiday. The beach is just a short walk away, and the coastal path is perfect for walking or a run. There is an outsoide shower where you can clean off the sand after a swim. The huge porch presents a view of the ocean that makes you want to spend the whole day there, and if the wind picks up the living area has a wide section of glass doors and an indoor braai that still allows one to take in the picturesque views. As a bonus it is braaier's heaven with the indoor braai, a top quality portable braai, 6 sizes of casseroles and 4 different sizes of braai grids! The rooms are well appointed and the beds all very comfortable. It is a big place with 5 bedrooms so ideal for bigger groups or families, making it also pretty good value for money. Well-appointed kitchen and clean bathrooms with everything in perfect working order. The area itself is very quiet. Chris's communication was excellent and he was very friendly and helpful generally, and specifically when my wife forgot her wallet in the house. He is just up the road and quick to responds to messages. There was nothing really that needed improvement, and we will definitely be back.
