Fantastic location in the centre of the best part of the city and a brilliant breakfast in the little attached cafe.
It was cold in the rooms and the tiny wall heater was barely sufficient to keep the room heated. It was uncomfortably cold, there is no air conditioning or other heating options. We previously stayed by the pool which was pleasant but this time we stayed at the rooms around the back, you can hear your neighbours extremely well through the walls and there is a loud echo in the passageway when people talk in there.

Location. Great breakfast. Very spacious room. Lovely ambiance.
Shower water goes all over bathroom floor. No door. Cold dressing room floor. Needs rug.

Everything went well, extremely friendly staff.
Although the breakfast is included in the room rate, we thought the price of the buffet portion of the Frances breakfast bill too high.

A full length mirror somewhere in the room would have been great.
When I went to breakfast they didn't have me on the breakfast list. The kind waiter soon sorted it out but it was a little embarrassing.
