Wonderful stay

Mulligans is perfectly situated overlooking the golf course, very peaceful but a short walk in to town. We love the coastal walks in Hermanus. Paul and Yvonne are great hosts and Paul cooks a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are a great size with wonderful views over the golf course. We love Hermanus and cannot imagine staying anywhere else. We would highly recommend and cannot wait to return.

We loved the magnificent view and patio on the golf course, the pool area , warm welcome, and the absolute attention to detail.

Beautiful place

We returned from breakfast at about 8 to find the cleaning staff already in our room, despite checkout being at 10:00. This left us unable to pack comfortably and made us feel prematurely checked out.

Fantastic Accommodation in Hermanus

Fantastic location. Loved the views of glof course and mountains. Very central. Close to beaches and restuarants and shops. Paul and Yvonne where great hosts. Room was very comfortable - neat and clean with everything you would need.

Fantastic

This is a really paradise near a golfcourse. At hole 18 you can see from the balcony, golfers 🏌🏿‍♂️ struggling for the hole… Every morning it is a pleasure to have breakfast, all made by Paul. For sure we come back to this beautiful place owned by Yvonne and Paul

Too short

The view is incredible and the location perfect. The lunch was great, just one small regret about the outdoor tables—there could be more so that everyone could eat outside :). Yvonne and Paul are extremely nice, we will definitely be back.

Perfect quiet location very close to downtown

The place is beautiful, close enough to Hermanus but in a quiet location with an amazing view to the golf course. The owner is very kind and makes a great breakfast!

Comfortable stay, good breakfast and a good location

Lovely views over the golf course. Easy access to the coastal path. Spacious rooms and a good breakfast was served by Paul. He was very welcoming and we enjoyed his company on one evening. Thank you for organising a round of golf for Phil, Yvonne.

At 7.30pm on our first evening, we were informed by Yvonne that honesty bar closed at 8pm. However Paul offered us drinks and he stayed chatting to us for the next hour . The bar was closed up at 7.30pm on our second day too!

Not Just for Golfers!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Mulligans - the most comfortable bed and bath anywhere!, lovely spacious room with terrace & stunning panoramic views toward the mountains, The location - such easy walking distance to town and cliff paths, The hospitality - including valuable advice provided by the hosts which made very best use of our precious time in this special place, delicious freshly cooked breakfasts in the garden together with other guests and the birds. Great birdwatching from here. Just a lovely relaxed place to chill out. Apparently there's a golf course somewhere out there too.

A great place to stay on the edge of Hermanus

Mulligans Guest Lodge has a fabulous location on the edge of the Hermanus Golf Course. Our room was on the ground floor with a patio that looked across the course to the mountains beyond. Our hosts looked after us very well and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning. The small swimming pool was a delightful way to cool down at the end of the day. The entrance to the Lodge is on a busy main road leading into the town, but dont be put off as the accommodation is at the back and we honestly could not hear anything of the traffic.

location was perfect for me - the golf course is literally on your doorstep!

Few small maintenance issues in the room - toilet plunger and shower nozzle. Entrance area of the lodge also needs some care.

LOCATION -LOCATION -LOCATION -AMAZING PLACE

Everything ,what a location ,you open the Back (room) door onto a Golf Course ,but what a view ,OMG ,rolling Hills ,birds chirping ,the Golf Course ,the SKY was so beautiful ,it was the BEST place on our entire 17 day trip to South Africa ,Sadly we should have planned for 2-3 days ,just to Sit and relax ,the Hosts ,live on the premise and they took care of us ,the house is so beautiful ,with their collections of artifacts ,pipes ,guitars ,etc etc . The Hosts are an awesome couple ,always ready to help . Amazing place .
