Excellent facilities and very comfortable room. The staff are extremely friendly and make you really feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent!
The doors, internal & external, of the room can't open/close properly without a struggle. It is swollen due to the coastal location and a bit of maintenance will be helpful. The duvet is also extremely thin and worn and inadequate for the chilly winter.

It really is a beautiful place will book again. The location is convenient. Breakfast was really good.
The butter is definitely off. Need to replace your batch.

It is well located and clean. Breakfast was really nice. Beautiful view of the mountain. Bed was super comfortable. It really is beautiful.
The butter being used for breakfast. I know it sounds crazy but really it spoils the meal. The omelet we had was amazing. Unfortunately after using the Ladysmith butter on croissant and toast it spoiled my breakfast completely. It has a horrible taste. Rest of breakfast was amazing.

Clean, good parking. Kitchen staff were pleasant.
Very impersonal. Never met or saw host during our 3 days there. Many items plugged into extension cables all round bedroom. Think needs updating.
