Good because we decided to make the best.

The location is not beachfront, but it is in walking distance of the see, so not too bad. Everything is nice and clean. The breakfast is not great, breakfast venue is a hall with admin and strange decorations, I do not think this was hotel standards.

Location perfect as the rooms were clean and tidy.

We have now stayed 3 times at your hotel and find it perfect location. I think some attention should be given to breakfast, ticking a sheet ticking a sheet is not 4 star hotel. What would you do if a customer wanted extra bacon or sausage, first day I had poached egg, I will say it was the worst one i have ever had. We had problems with your TV DSTV and Netflix kept freezing i was always asking you to reboot your modem. One day you were doing maintenance and banging was going on for at least 4 hours

Location, was excellent, The Hotel was very Clean Kudos to the staff working their. Breakfast was good and filling. Friendly staff a bonus. The shops are literally downstairs so u can go buy as you need. I will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Great location. Easy check-in. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, sights/walks. Staff were friendly. Check-in was easy. Safe and secure. Left some things behind and got contacted straight away when discovered.

No bar stools at kitchen counter. No hairdryer. Basic cleaning supplies like a sponge for dishes not supplied. Only master bedroom has aircon.

Lovely, clean and well-equipped apartment in a great central location. Comfortable beds, good WiFi, and a nice braai and patio area. Spacious and perfect for a family of four. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we would happily return.

A no brainer. Comfortable, spacious units , & friendly staff all in the perfect location.

we have made use of this accommodation a few times, and do not even bother to look at any other accommodation when visiting Hermanus. The location cannot be more central. Shops, restaurants, the beach walking trail, art galleries, coffee shops.. all in walking distance. The staff is charming and very helpful. The flat spacious and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable. we loved the quality of the soaps and cream provided. Towels and bedding were fresh, comfortable and clean.

Although there are more than enough plugs in the flat, there are no two point plugs or any Usb ports in the unit- for charging devices etc. Full length mirror is only available in the one bedroom. It could be useful to have one in the cupboard of the smaller bedroom. DSTV - even if its a small bouquet or even offered at an extra cost would have made watching the sport over the weekend much easier. we didnt have our own dstv account details with us - so could not use the smart tv. we realized that the units are not brand new any more-and it shows.. it does seem that a little care to freshen up some chipped away paint and wear on furniture could be addressed.

The location was excellent. Central to all activities. We walked everywhere especially to the beach and restaurants.The place was very clean. Bathroom beautiful. We did not have the breakfast inlcuded.

It’s such a great location, conveniently above the shopping mall and in walking range of all the places you’d like to go to when visiting Hermanus. The apartment was spacious, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I also liked the balcony.

The stairs is a little concerning for small children & there was no travel cot available so maybe if those items (child proof safety gate) were available on request or rental at a small fee that would be helpful.

The place was clean, spacious for the kids, kitchen was big and could cook and make my tea and coffe. Closer to shops, beach, waterfront. Loved the place and the porter was really friendly.

Perfectly located, comfy, and well looked after — would stay again!

The location was super convenient — every restaurant we visited was just a short walk away, which meant no need for Ubers after a few glasses of wine! The beds were incredibly comfy, the space was clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely book this place again and wished we stayed another night!

Since it’s located within a shopping centre, it was a bit noisy during the day. That said, it was quiet at night. Netflix wasn’t working initially, but staff sorted it out quickly and there were other entertainment options.
