Comfortable rooms & amazing views

The views are amazing & the guest house is lovely. We had a superior room with a balcony overlooking the ocean which was a very relaxing place to drink sundowners & the room was very comfortable & well equipped. The breakfast was excellent.

It’s not a dislike but it’s quite a distance from the restaurants in the centre of Pringle Bay & as there are no taxis someone will need to drive when you go out for dinner

Amazing stay in pringle bay

Rate Villa Marine Guest House is a true coastal gem. The location is exceptional, with breathtaking views that instantly set the tone for a relaxing stay. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was absolutely amazing – fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared, easily a highlight of the stay. The honesty bar and readily available snacks were a thoughtful touch, adding to the overall comfort and ease, and the WiFi and TV options were reliable and easy to use.

There is some room for improvement, particularly with additional fans or air-conditioning for warmer days, and the pool could benefit from more regular cleaning. That said, these are minor points in what was otherwise a wonderful and memorable stay. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic, well-run guest house with excellent hospitality.

Perfect.

This is our fourth stay at Villa Marine and we were upgraded to The Residence as the property was full. The views from the lounge are are stunning. For a family it would be an excellent choice. For the two of us it was slightly overwhelming. The view from the bedroom was amazing. The house if beautiful and the breakfast has lots of choices.

Nothing to complain about Well…the parking is a bit tight but apparently that’s coming to be altered to make it a bit easier.

If we visit Pringle Bay we will stay in "Villa Marine Guest House" again.

The hotel at the sea-side and had a stunning view. The decoration of the hotel was compatible with the environment. Breakfast and the presentation was perfect, every detail was tought on the table even if the landlady put two kind of knives and forks (for starters and main course). It was not a ordinary breakfast. Room and bathroom were very clean. Finally the Rumi's sayings which were replaced on the bottles of shampoos influenced me very much.

This was the Perfect getaway 1 hour outside of Cape Town for my family.

The location was absolutely stunning with 180 degree views of the mountain, ocean and night sky. After a bike ride, the cold pool was refreshing. And Lizette was a great and hospitable manager.

My wife struggled to locate 1or 2 items in the kitchen cupboard, which the manager quickly assisted with.

An absolutely stunning location. We sat for hours on our balcony watching the seals and dolphins play in the surf. Just magical. Excellent breakfast. Gorgeous house with exquisite styling. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Residence. Spectacular views from the bedroom and living room, lots of space, nice, well furbished kitchen. A wide choice of drinks and snacks available in a form of honesty bar 24/7. Very friendly stuff.

No air-con in the living room (gets hot during the day) and in the breakfast lounge. Swimming pool was not too welcoming.

Lovely guest house with beautiful views of the ocean, on the edge of Pringle Bay. Great breakfast. Would have happily stayed longer! Sitting in the hot tub under the stars was a highlight of our trip.

No real downsides, but air conditioning in the room would have made a big difference on a warm night.

Superb overnight stay in Pringle Bay

Our first time in Pringle Bay and very surprised. Our accommodation was exactly as advertised. We had a good night's sleep and the breakfast was exceptional. Will really like to go back to Villa Marine Guesthouse again. I would say this was world class accommodation! Thank you!
