Breakfast was great and staff very helpful and eager to please. Great views during breakfast and selection of food options was more than satisfactory
There was a loose partition board making a noise on two nights during our stay which was very annoying and kept sleep at bay. Also, there is a terrible sewerage smell in front ot the villa which is not pleasant, but don't think it comes from the villa itself. People walking past were actually holding clothing in front of their noses.

The location combined with the sea view was magical. The hospitality and breakfasts were top notch. Could not have asked for a better anniversary weekend. Room was neat and bed very comfortable. Loved the sky roof in the bathroom.

Location is amazing! We looked out of our patio doors right onto the sea shore. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was superb and covered all dietary requirements. Communication before our stay was excellent.
This is not even a dislike but it would be helpful to put a large house number sign right next to the car entrance, as I did not initially see the house number painted on the front house wall and needed to stop and walk along the lane to confirm if we were at the correct house.. :-)
