location:: a long hilly walk to the main train station , far away from city centre. located along a main road , can be very noisy unless all windows shut tight

Spacious accommodation with a great shared area

The bathroom was not ensuite to the bedroom and you had to cross the common area to reach it.

The property is very clean, neat and spacious. The heating/aircon works well. Mirko was a polite and attentive host. I left my jacket at the accomodation and he has gone out of his way to make sure it gets back to me! Thank you Mirko!

It doesn’t feel like the best area in Genoa, but fortunately it’s located right next to a metro station which meant it only took a few minutes to get to other areas 😊

Mirko was an excellent host and the room was fantastic, tastefully decorated with a fabulous shower and the breakfast was full of choice and even offered a doggy bag! Lovely restaurant a small walk away called the DG ristorante via Bruno Buozzi

Family feel with lovely host. Waking up to breakfast in the morning was lovely, they were kind enough to do our washing (we had a lot) and checked in after our first night to make sure everything was OK.

I couldn't check in due to no car parking avaliable as stated on the add. Also no one was there to check me in. I didn't stay at the place and charged for the stay

Zdecydowanie polecam, cudowne miejsce.

Pokój spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Miał osobną łazienkę wraz z kosmetykami. Wspólna kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co niezbędne do przygotowania posiłków. W lodówce było przeznaczone dla naszego pokoju miejsce. Były też przygotowane produkty na śniadanie: sucharki, dżem, rogaliki, soczki - wszystkie produkty ze sklepu indywidualnie zapakowane. Gospodarz na każdym etapie bardzo interesował się naszymi potrzebami. Mogliśmy się wcześniej zameldować. W obiekcie znajdują się cenne wskazówki dotyczące dobrych miejsc do zjedzenia i do zwiedzania. Za oknami ulica i wiadukt, ale po zamknięciu okien nie słychać było hałasu. Było widać morze w okrojonym zakresie przez wiadukt.

Perfetto!

L’alloggio è pulito e in posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dalla metro e a una sola fermata dalla stazione. Dalla finestra si vede il porto, che è piaciuto tantissimo al mio bambino: ogni mattina si divertiva guardare le navi dal finestrino. 😁 Inoltre la finestra ha un ottimo isolamento acustico, una volta chiusa l’ambiente rimane molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Il proprietario Mirko è stato sempre gentile e disponibile: ci ha permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo e ha risolto subito con cordialità i piccoli problemi che abbiamo incontrato. E bravissimo!👍 Grazie di cuore❤️ Soggiorno perfetto, lo consigliamo davvero!

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Ottima esperienza!

Abbiamo passato un weekend a fine luglio in questa struttura, con nostro figlio di 5 anni. Il parcheggio è in strada ma è facile trovare posto e abbiamo parcheggiato vicinissimi e anche all'ombra. Ci ha accolti Mirko, che gestisce il B&B insieme al fratello, gentile ed esaustivo. La casa è al secondo piano di un palazzo, senza ascensore. Le quattro camere hanno ciascuna il proprio bagno, aria condizionata e tv. La cucina è in comune, ma nel frigo ciascuna camera ha il proprio cestello dove mettere le cose e c'è tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi una buona e abbondante colazione. La zona è di per sé rumorosa, perché dietri passa la ferrovia e davanti sia il viale che la sopraelevata, ma le finestre sono di ottima fattura e una volta chiuse si riesce a dormire tranquillamente. Per raggiungere il centro è molto comoda la metro, a pochi passi dalla struttura. Non mancano pizzerie e kebab sotto casa, per gli improvvisi attacchi di fame! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, esperienza molto positiva.

Per preparare il caffè ci sono a disposizione le classiche caffettiere moka all'italiana, una macchinetta a cialde o a capsule sarebbe forse più pratica. Qualche quadro in camera a riempire le pareti vuote, ma questo dipende dai gusti.

Sehr gute Option um Genua zu erkunden - Schöne Unterkunft, nette Gastgeber

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sauberes Zimmer, die Lage ist ein ganz klein wenig außerhalb, aber man kann noch gut alles erreichen, eine Metrohaltestelle ist in direkter Nähe. Steckdosen ausreichend und gut platziert. Tolle Kommunikation, viele Tipps vom Gastgeber. Sehr bequemes Bett, einfaches ein- und auschecken. Ich habe es nicht genutzt, aber ich glaube die Frühstückseinrichtungen waren auch gut. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Gemeinschaftsküchen und -räume finde ich allgemein schwierig, aber ich wußte vorher worauf ich mich einlasse, und dass gleichzeitig in einem anderen Zimmer Kinder da waren, war eben Pech.

Klein aber fein!

Sehr freundlicher Inhaber, gute Ausstattung, sehr schöne Lage und nicht weit entfernt von der Stadt (direkt an der U-bahn Station und einige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, man hat viel Freiheit, der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und bringt jeden Morgen frisch das Frühstück mit sehr netten Notizen und Details! Man hat eine Gemeinschaftsküche und wir hatten das Glück, die einzigen im B&B zu sein und alles für uns alleine zu haben. Großer Kühlschrank und Stauraum für jedes Zimmer, viele Optionen fürs Frühstück, vorallem viele Getränke. Außerdem auch eine Mikrowelle, Schränke und einiges mehr klein aber fein!

Sehr schöne Lage in der Nähe der M-Station Dinegro. Von dort ist man ruckzuck überall in der Stadt.

Die freundliche Frühstück mit italienischem Kaffee und leckeren Tomaten. Der Kühlschrank war voll und man konnte zugreifen, auch bei den Säften.

Das WLAN musst ich immer wieder neu anmelden. Wegen Sanierung war das Gebäude komplett eingerüstet. Dies sollte aber nur vorübergehend ein Problem sein.
