It's okeish

Very nice location, close to city center.

There's no breakfast as announced but couple of unhealthy snacks. Room sound insulation is poor. Bathroom calls for repair.

The location is perfect. The breakfast super light. Italians do not eat on breakfast too much, so dont expect too much from this breakfast. But you would have a coffee, tea, milk, croissant, granola and some small things to eat

Wonderful, convenient, inexpensive.

Beautiful apartments!!!! Stayed in early July 2025. All infrastructure within walking distance. The description is fully accurate and consistent with the reviews. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and provide guidance and advice. The interior is clean and well-maintained. All equipment is functioning properly. The prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend this apartment to everyone 😊

Great location - Genoa is a delight.

Great location close to the harbour area. The owner’s instructions were extremely helpful, including a video of how to find the apartment. He also called me earlier in the day to arrange to let me in. The place was clean and the breakfast provided was really good. The accommodation was just what we were after.

On the booking with booking.com, I ticked the box for a twin room. The 2x beds were made up as a double, which wasn’t ideal as I was travelling with my son. The owner told me he didn’t get this information and could have made the beds up as singles if this had been relayed to him when the booking went through. If it’s necessary to specifically ask for twin beds, this should be made clear on your website. We had another booking through you on the same trip which was for twin beds and that’s what we got. It wasn’t a major problem but by the same token, it could have been better.

The best equipped hotel/ bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. Quiet central location, good continental breakfast choice, comfortable bed, air conditioning, basic kitchen (microwave, fridge, sink, coffee machine) but stocked with essentials. Gabriele was very helpful.

The location!

The way they took care of the appartment while we were there. The toilet paper was not filled, so we didnt have any the last day and night. The breakfast stuff was not refilled every day. When we arrived all the dishes were dirty from the last people. So we had to start our vacation cleaning. It was a bit dissapointing.

great support from the team in Genova. offered lots of ideas for restaurants and places to visit. very helpful. the property is in a great location to explore Genova and close to the railway station - if you want to go a little further afield.

would have preferred the bathroom to have been en suite, rather than across the corridor.

I liked that it was easy to find. It was verry central. And it was cool that we got some tipps where we can go for sightseeing etc.

That the key on the front door didnt worked really well but wasnt a big deal because of the link on the smartphone to open it.

Excellent a/c for hot summer!

During a very hot Italian summer, the powerful air conditioning was EXCELLENT. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a little balcony and a TON of food (meat, cheese, breads, yogurts, pastries, fruits) and coffee. Microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, sink, dishes. The location was convenient for transit and eating. extremely clean. Slept 3 people comfortably.

The only downsides were that the blackout shade on window didn’t work so it was bright early in the morning and the very small shower was a little hard to move around in.

This place was fantastic

Basically everything. Washing machine, clothesline, detergent, basic food, treats, coffee kitchen, all included. We couldn't believe it when we got there, it was very well stocked. Clean. Really good A/C. This place was fantastic, with a simple enough check in procedure, and constant communication via WhatsApp. Really loved this place

Not bad! The bed was only decent, but it certainly wasn't bad. 20 min walk from the train station (cabs were too expensive.) Shower was small, but whatever. This place was really great

Walking distance from city centre and old port. Good air-conditioning and cold breakfast prepared in the room in advance. Good coffee!

The view from the room and the little balcony wasn't nice. Thin walls, a bit noisy when other guests arrive home at night.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Genova e il suo centro. La struttura si trova proprio vicino l'acquario e sul porto Antico che è molto bello.

Colazione molto scarna, prodotti da forno scadenti e insufficienti per gli ospiti e la varietà era minima. Peccato perché visto il prezzo pagato ci aspettiamo di meglio. Camera molto semplice e zero privacy perché si sente tutto tra una stanza e l'altra.

La ducha extremadamente pequeña, al igual que el lavabo, la cisterna bastante curiosa, los zócalos se caen a cachos y la cama expresamente pedida de matrimonio son dos camas juntas, he dormido más en el hueco entre los colchones q en los propios colchones.
