This is an exceptionally nice property with a great location near the water, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was very large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next day was terrific! Many items to choose from, served in a lovely dining area. We arrived prior to check-in, but the staff let us stow our baggage while we went exploring - much appreciated.

Difficult to find- Parking very difficult and insecure under a flyover! No tea/coffee facilities in room. Rough area near the docks of Genoa-and worst of all, we were charged for two rooms instead of one!
Website site let us down! Reception area locked up at night and rooms on opposite side of the property- felt unsafe! Access to Hotel very difficult to find!!
