Perfectly situated in the old town

Perfectly situated in the centre of the old town, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza de Ferrari metro and within walking distance of all the main cultural attractions. Very plain clean room with a small but sufficient shower room (excellent water pressure). Good air-con. The café/bar directly outside the front door is excellent value, good for a simple breakfast. Erman the host is very helpful with tips and suggestions for places to see, eat etc.

My room gave onto a narrow alley and the noise from the Piazza below continues late into the night. My twin room had two narrow beds providing basic comfort.

Great stay, loved it!

The owner is really nice and once again thank you for all your useful tips! The apartment is literally in the city centre, but at a really good place app. 200 meters from Da Ferrari piazza (metro, volabus). There is a great bar downthere. I liked the equipment, it was cozy, the room still felt spacious. Was super clean, the shower was amazing as well. Great thing is it is on the 1st floor so you dont need to walk up lots of stairs, just few.

The only little thing I must note is the noise from the small piazza and from the bar on Saturday and Sunday. Despite the great soundproof windows. Wow, Italians really can party. Next time i will take earbuds, but for sure I will book the same apartment.

We would totally book the property again, we had a great time!

I loved the location of the property, it was very central and nice cause a lot of restaurants were in walking distance. Everything was super clean and our host gave us a ton of tipps abput what to do in the area and where to go. We felt very comfortable knowing he would help immediatly in case we need it.

The location was really nice and central but because of that it was pretty loud all night especially on friday and saturday night. We woke up a few times cause drunk people outside were screaming.

Almost perfect

Room is really clean and well-equiped. Location is perfect. The staff was super attentive and friendly. Windows isolate well, which made the room silent.

The bed was good to me because I like mattresses more to the hard side. My husband likes the middle-soft ones and didn't like it that much.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Genoa.

Excellent room size, spotlessly clean, high quality linen and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was very effective (and quiet) and the fridge was a welcome addition to the room. The property has been beautifully refurbished to a high, modern standard. Great location in the middle of the old town. The host was amazing - went above and beyond to help us with directions from the car park (Marina) and was communicative, warm and friendly.

Great stay - perfect location!

The location of the property was PERFECT! Right in the middle of everything we needed. The host was very friendly, he gave us some great food recommendations, helped to answer questions and was able to accommodate our check-in and check-out times to suit, which was really appreciated. The fridge in the room was a great addition too!

The room surpassed all expectations in terms of cleanliness, and every aspect was exceptionally comfortable. Moreover, the air conditioner worked flawlessly, ensuring a pleasant and refreshing atmosphere.

Everything about the place is really nice. The location is perfect, quite safe and central. A lot of restaurants and bars around the corner but no noise. The room was super clean and comfortable. Giacomo (the owner) was very kind and friendly and gave us spot-on recommendations of things to do in Genova.

Die Lage inmitten der Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel auch gut erreichbar.

Sehr netter Gastwirt, Zimmer sauber, alles hat gepasst!

EIn sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastwirt. WIr wurden ausführlich von ihm über die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Stadtteile und Möglichkeiten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu benutzen informiert. Er nahm sich für uns über eine Stunde Zeit und erklärte alles ausführlich. Sämtliche Fragen und Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllt und man konnte den Gastwirt jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und mit Klima-Anlage und schnellem WLAN ausgestattet. Nachts war es sehr leise, obwohl das Hotel im Zentrum liegt. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein kleines Café - dort gibt es sehr guten Kaffee und kleine Leckereien zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen zu vernünftigen Preisen (2 Cappuccino & 2 gefüllte Brioche für 6€ !!). Auf jeden Fall können wir diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und waren sehr zufrieden.

Удобная ванная комната с биде и очень приятными шампунем и гелем для душа. Также имеются холодильник, чайник и чайные принадлежности. Поскольку дом находится в самом центре , и жизнь вокруг бурлит почти до утра, в вашем распоряжении - беруши.

Можно было бы матрас поновее и подушки, они уже немного «устали».

Staff accogliente, posizione ottima

Giacomo è stato gentilissimo, al check-in ci ha fatto vedere diversi punti d’interesse a Genova che ha pure segnato su una mappa, indicandoci anche delle zone da evitare durante la sera - molto apprezzato, ci ha fatto sentire al sicuro. Era sempre disponibile e si assicurava di continuo che avessimo tutto di cui potremmo avere bisogno. Molto flessibile per il check-in e check-out. La stanza era pulitissima e ben attrezzata, i letti molto comodi con più cuscini e diverse opzioni di coperte. Il bagno ha il phon e anche il bidet. Il condizionatore funziona perfettamente. Durante la notte con le finestre chiuse a malapena si sentono i rumori dall’esterno nonostante sia in centro vicino a dei locali, ma ci sono tappi a disposizione per quelli che ne hanno bisogno.

Da apprezzare la disponibilità del titolare e le informazioni forniteci sulla città. Stanza pulitissima, accogliente e spaziosa. A due passi da piazza de Ferrari e dalla via XX settembre in pieno centro ma in un contesto tranquillo.

Tutto ottimo!

Dall'arrivo alla partenza ci è piaciuto tutto. La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro storico vicino alla Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, vicino alla metropolitana (Piazza de Ferrari). La camera è accogliente e spaziosa, il letto ha un materasso nuovo e un cuscino molto comodo, c'è anche un frigorifero. Il bagno è stato appena ristrutturato ed è molto bello. Tutto è estremamente pulito. Il Wi-Fi funziona benissimo. Giacomo è stato un host eccezionale, ha portato le nostre valigie in camera al 1° piano, ha trascorso un'ora a mostrarci sulla mappa tutto ciò che dovevamo vedere, dove non andare tardi perché è pericoloso, in quali ristoranti andare per pranzo/cena. Ci ha lasciato un numero di telefono dove potevamo chiamarlo in qualsiasi momento se avessimo avuto bisogno di qualcosa. Ci ha persino mandato un messaggio qualche giorno dopo per chiederci se andava tutto bene - non abbiamo mai ricevuto tanta attenzione. Al momento della partenza ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in camera fino al pomeriggio, prima della partenza dell'aereo. Giacomo, grazie mille per tutto, se torneremo a Genova sapremo dove cercheremo un alloggio :)
