The hotel is in a great location very convenient to visit Genova. For the reviews complaining about the people around the hotel don’t mind them, you are visiting a large port city so yes there are people of different races hanging outside it is not dangerous,The walk from the Main Street to the hotel entrance is 50m And they have 24h staff at the front desk.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and have air conditioning and fans.
The front desk is kind and helpful.
If you are looking for a good budget accommodation this one is great.
I did find the bed in our room (#12) a little small, for one night it wasn’t a big a deal but for two people it was a bit tight compared to other hotel doubles we’ve stayed in.

A room was decently priced, no *really serious* problems.
The shower was too narrow and the water flow was too weak. Noisy neighborhood, had to sleep with earplugs. Bad view - my window faced the wall of another building. Not enough places to seat in the room other than the bed.
