Fabulous building and in an excellent part of the old city. The meet up with host a little tricky, with main entrance and lift to host could do with a little more instruction. Possibly my fault as I was lax with my communication.. apartment wonderful and super clean with everything you need

This was a lovely place that suited our family well. There was plenty of room for four of us. I liked the location, very walkable. Make sure to insist on instructions for getting in the building. We didn’t know which number to ring and were waiting in the rain outside. We got in because a guitar was coming out and he directed us to the right room and floor to check in. I never received an email with this information. After check in, everything was fine.

Large apartment in the centre of Genova with wooden flooring, two bathrooms (one en-suits) and a well equipped kitchen. Apartment was located on the second floor with lift (and few stairs in the corridor leading to it) It had all the facilities required for a short or long stay (including dishwasher and washing machines). Only downside for us was the check in process as we were told via automated we would get an access code via email but instead when we asked they said it was possible to leave our luggages from 11am at the reception. however when arrived nobody was there to open the door and after calling the host via telephone number who said someone would be coming within few minutes, we had to wait for an additional 50min to arrive. Fairly quiet as no cars were passing in the street nearby at night.

Spacious, cool, clean, well-equipped apartment for 2 adults & 2 children, close to metro stop, aquarium, old town etc. No staff at front desk: We had to contact them a few times to arrange check-in after midnight, then for check-out no one returned our messages so we just left the keys on the living room table!
