Great value for money!

The location is perfect to be closed to everything within walking distance. Our room was big, spacious and we didn't hear any noise. It did not face the main street, though. The receptionists were really kind to us. We are really sorry we were late for the check-out.

Don't believe bad reviews. This hotel is great.

When i read the reviews after id booked the hotel i was a little worried. There was no need to be. The room was large. The AC worked perfectly. Toilet and bathroom were fine. The host was nice and everything worked as it should. Location can't be better. Sky TV and a good size tv in the room. Great with a hot water dispenser for cups of tea.

The location is good, close to all the major attractions of Genoa. Great to be able to have a cup of tea in the morning. Clean room, comfortable beds.

The hotel claims to have contracts with beaches 1,5km from the hotel and that there is a breakfast that can be served and booked on the spot. None of this is true. The closest beach was 2km away and in very bad condition. There is no breakfast available, and they were not helpful with the limited breakfast deal that was available with a nearby cafe. In spite of us asking for this breakfast accommodation that was available they did not help us and ultimately we were refused at the cafe because we needed to buy a coupon from the hotel. The initial greeting was horribly rude and we were rejected at the door for being some minutes early. We just wanted to leave our bags for a while.

Strategic location, halfway through the road from the station to piazza Ferrari. There was also a free cold/warm/hot water dispenser.

Caring for the guests, it was so nice.

The person in the front desk was very nice and the room is huge and confortable. We got jacuzzi in the room, great treat.

The room at night is a little noisy, not too much we could sleep. The parking was full because we reserve on the same day.

Perfect value for money

✅The location is just perfect. You can get everywhere on foot and the Brignole station is just 5 minutes walk. ✅The hotel itself is in an old building which looks stunning! ✅The staff is very friendly and helpful. ✅The room was clean.

- We stayed in room 3 and there is a toilet that makes strange sounds when use water, but you get used to it very quickly. - You can hear everything. - Late check-in hours.
