Super friendly and welcoming staff, they let us stay for free after check-out in the dining room so we could work in a quiet place. The breakfast was good, the facilities were clean. Located 15 minutes walk away from the old town, great value for money.

A little noisy with window opened, but it didn’t bother us - it wasn’t already very hot, and fans helped to cool air down

I'd come back to stay and give a hug to the lady, who took almost personal care of our family.

The hostess was super welcoming and approachable. She did her best to find the way to communicate with us and made us very welcome to this hotel. Location is superb, if you pick a right room- you see bay and ships.

It was the time of the year, was super hot and obviously nothing would compensate the hear, but hostess did her best to bring another fan for us to keep it on at night.

IT IS NOT A HOTEL BUT A BED AND BREAKFAST THERE IS NO LIFT , NOT RECOMMENDABLE FOR OLDER OR DISABLED PERSONS NOT RECOMMENDABLE WHEN TRAVELLING WITH HEAVY BAGS ONE CAN SEE OTHER GUESTS GOING TO THE BATHROOM,PASSING BY THE STAINED GLASS DOOR IN MY ROOM.

Comfortable room and lovely host opposite the cruise ships. Decent breakfast and an apartment with character!

No air-con made the especially hot windless weather difficult- this wouldn't normally be an issue

The place was very sweet, we arrived past 10pm and still had a very warm welcome. The owner was one of the nicest hosts and we could feel that she loves doing what she does. Breakfast was nice - toasts, jam, eggs, croissant, yogurt, coffee. Location for driving with car - perfect. Found a free parking spot in the evening 2 min away.

Exceptional

Fulvia was a lovely kind host who made us feel very welcome with her warmth. The B&B suited our needs as it is close to the cruise terminal across the road. Beds were comfy and the shared bathroom wasn't an issue. If I am ever back in Genoa, I will stay here without question.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room with very pleasant host, whom, as advertised, spoke adequate English!

Traffic and parking in Genova an absolute bloody nightmare with "zona traffic limitato" marked only with tiny high–up signage that's difficult to see! We ended up having to park in the Metro P + R across the road, but they did thoughtfully let us off with €4.50 for overnight parking after my friend had explained all the bother with the Italian–only parking machines – we can't read Italian!!!!

The room was big, comfortable and useful. We stayed 4 people in a family room. The owner was friendly and very kind. The breakfast was classical Italian breakfast and nice.

The toilets and bathroom was common in a flat.
