It was clean,spacious and nice staff but that's were the positives ended.

it was like living in a high school or college dorm with all the door slamming, screaming and loud noise. The staff was nice but I'm too old and shouldn't have to put up with that.

This is more a hostel than a hotel. Bad signage as the property has two names. Took us ages to realise this as we wandered up and down the street on arrival from the train station.

Budget stay to transit through the city

Good location, lift for top floors, clean enough, spacious room. Everything OK for 1-2 nights stay.

Be ready that it's not a luxury hotel,furniture is old enough, sockets are far enough from the bed and if you want to charge your mobile you should tirn off a bed lamp.

The proximity to the train station

Nothing seemed to work the first time, e.g. the digital key to the room and the code. Also, the lighting in the room was very poor and I had to use my own flashlight by my bed. This establishment is more of a backpacker one than a hotel.

This property is a youth hostel not a hotel.

Location is close to the Train Station

This property is no longer a hotel, it’s a youth hostel. We paid for a superior double room which looked lovely on the photo but we were given a student dorm With hospital beds. The heating was broken so the temperature of the room did not rise above 14 degrees (mid December it was freezing) and the place was packed with youngster enjoying the parties/events that are held every night so there is no lounge or bar area to relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel manager agreed to give us a refund and took our info but later that day then retracted and said no refund even though we have it in writing that they changed the booking from two nights to one night. Unless your aged 18-30 you probably would not enjoy staying here.

Nice stay in twin room for solo traveller

Cheap hotel room attached to the hostel so you can use the facilities. Cheap cafe inside and you can enjoy a free drink upon arrival. Kitchen facilities, breakfast buffet, terrace, and close to restaurants in the street. Weirdly I asked for a double room but got two twins. Nice furniture in the room and spacious bathroom.

It's part of a hostel so could be a little noisy if you worry about that stuff.

First time in Ostello Bello chain

The convenient location near the train station. The welcoming free drink. The multi-station kitchen with free veggies, fruits and basics like pasta & rice. The decoration in general.

The phonic isolation between the bar/stage and the dorms. I could hear the people during the football match or when there was karaoke. The mess left by others in the kitchen in particular at dinner time: a war zone. The system of digital key, need to download an app, have a code for the lift... too complicated for me. The narrow stairs to go the mezzanine in the dorm.
