Cozy flat in downtown Genova

Very cozy flat in downtown Genova. We arrived late and left early to catch the ferry to Olbia (very close nearby) so we could not explore too much. The room is brand new and very well thought out. Nice staff

A cozy apartment

A nice apartment, you can use the kitchen with coffee (a coffee machine), microwave, fridge, stove and cutlery. The host is very pleasant and helpful, and she speaks excellent english. Parking is in front of the building (10€ per day)

Struttura pulita e ordinata, in zona tranquilla. La proprietaria molto disponibile, ci ha dato dei consigli su cosa visitare nei tre giorni di permanenza.

Zona pessima ed un po’ pericolosa

Camera spaziosa, materasso e cuscini molto comodi. La proprietaria mi ha fatto trovare 2 bottiglie di acqua, un cioccolatino e una capsula per il caffè.

Bagno “privato” all’esterno della camera, accessibile però da chiunque in quanto privo di chiave esterna, poteva chiudersi solo da dentro. Pareti eccessivamente sottili, sentivo le persone parlare nelle altre stanze. Proprietaria disponibile nell’attendermi all’ingresso, ma un po’ invadente e fuoriluogo, poiché ha fatto sentire in imbarazzo me ed un mio amico del posto, in quanto ha alluso al fatto che avrebbe passato la notte con me, specificando più volte che non si poteva fare. Il ragazzo mi ha solo accompagnato, in quanto genovese ed io turista.

Nette accommodatie in Genua, met parkeerplaats en airco. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Prima Overnachting voor 1 nachtje voor de overtocht naar Corsica.

Het was niet helemaal duidelijk dat er 3 kamers in het appartement zaten met een gedeelde keuken. Op zich prima maar was ons niet helemaal Duidelijk vooraf

Perfekte Übernachtung für eine anschließende Fährfahr

Perfekte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit wenn man zur Fähre möchte (10min vom Fährhafen), modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, mit Gemeinschaftsküche, Parken vor dem Haus möglich. Eine kleine Bäckerei und ein Pizza Take-away (Tipps der Gastgeberin) sind direkt um die Ecke und sehr zu empfehlen.

Schone kamer en heel dichtbij de haven

Hele schone kamer met een gedeelde keuken. De eigenaresse was hartstikke lief en behulpzaam. Als je t steegje uitloopt, loop je direct de stad in. Hele goede bakker om de hoek die heel vroeg open is. Ook bevindt zich daar een goede pizzeria. Parkeren praktisch voor de deur. Een super plek om te overnachten voordat je met de boot naar Corsica gaat.

tolle Zimmer für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Genua

Wir haben das rolando 20B genutzt für eine Übernachtung um am nächsten Morgen die Fähre von Genua nach Korsika zu nehmen. Dafür ist dieses Hotel ideal. Schon vorab guter Kontakt und dann freundlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin bei der Ankunft. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Bäcker, Obst/Gemüse, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch gute Pizzeria nur ca. 100m entfernt. Wir übernachten in zwei Wochen auf der Rückfahrt wieder dort.

Séjour de 2 jours trop court

Très bon accueil de la part de Sémina très souriante et bienveillante même lorsque vous la croisez en ville, elle est toujours prête à vous donner un conseil, meilleur transport, visites sur Gênes ! Chambre et SDE+WC attenant et privatifs très propres. Espace cuisine à partager également très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour se restaurer et rencontrer d'autres personnes. Même si l'hôtel se trouve en pleine ville, le lieu est très calme. La possibilité de pouvoir stationner même un SUV moyennant 10€/jour est très sympa et correct.

Die Lage war perfekt, um am nächsten Morgen in sehr kurzer Zeit den Fährhafen zu erreichen. Um die Ecke konnte man eine gute Pizzeria finden. Und für 10 € gab es einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Idéal mais très court. Ce logement très bien placé nous a permis de bien profiter de cette ville.

La tranquillité et le confort. On a beau être proche du centre, une fois à l’intérieur plus un bruit. Le logement est propre avec des lits confortables et le voisinage est très sympa et humain. Le rapport qualité prix est bon et la personne qui accueille est vraiment agréable.
