If I will need to visit Genova again I will book this accomodation without looking on anything else.

Fulvia was very nice and helpfull with any question or problem I had. There is a small parking spot just behind the building where you can fit motobike or a car and its pretty protected from main road and you can check your vehicle from kitchen window.

nothing everything was just fine. Just be aware next door there is original Sicilian pizza restaurant with some of the best pizzas I ever had, so you may spend some money there, its addictive :)

Highly recommended

The property is walking distance to Acquario di Genova. There is free parking around the area but we preferred a more secured parking 3 minutes away from the property. The property is very clean also. Fulvia, the host, was very accommodating and is smiling all the time, she even gave us some tips around the area. She even prepared a nice Italian breakfast for us.

Friendly staff, clean bathroom, yummy breakfast

Owner was so friendly and spoke fluent english. Access to 2 fully equipped bathrooms. Room was spacious with a TV. Breakfast was on my schedule and had yogurt, pastries, coffee, juice, etc. The owner gave me recommendations for beach visits in the area.

Wifi signal from back facing room was very weak. Location was close to cruise ports and not much else. But easy and quick to hop on the metro to the city center/touristy areas.

Great stay

Loveliest owners who really care about the place and the city. The location was great, with a short walk to the main tourist parts of town but also extremely close to the bus and train stations and right across from the port. Extremely clean and well maintained and breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Genoa.

Only minor thing Internet dropped a couple times but was back quickly.

We were meeting people from the MSC cruise ship for the day and the location was perfect.

The host(ess) was super friendly. The place was very clean. Although we needed to leave before the "official" breakfast time, there was an option to have breakfst early.

We couldn't access the WiFi and the electrical outlets were nowhere near my side of the room.

Great place for it's money

- location very close to bus station (5-10 minutes walk) - everything is very clean - friendly stuff - it was possible to leave luggage after checking out - it was quite (I had a room with the view to the inner street)

- it was a bit cold in my room but under blankets it was ok.

Dearest Fulvia is a wonderful host. Thank you for your warm welcome even tho we arrived at midnight. Great location especially if you are going to board the cruise ship. Only 5 minutes by foot to the terminal. Very clean rooms, tummy full breakfast, and perfect stay. Thank you for everything!

The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the hostess very friendly. The breakfast was rich and good.

The accommodationis located directly on a busy street. However, you don't hear much with the windows closed. The bed was a little saggy.

The host is a such a friendly woman! She gave good information about Genua and where to park the car. The breakfast was very nice (toast, coffee, orange juice, yoghurt, biscuits, croissants, …). The host speaks good English. The room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The B&B is good located. 10-15 minutes walking and you are in the old city center (also in the harbor). I would definitely recommend this accomodation!

Great localisation and hosts hospitality. When we'll be back in Genua for sure we're gonna choose this place! Next to the place there's a paid parking, but also possible to park on the street. Nice kitchen, two bathrooms :)

Fair rooms, good hosting but dangerous zone.

The place is nice, even with the shared bathroom. Breakfast was included and it was in general a fair stay. Nice people were staying.

I'm sorry to say that, even with the good hosting, we didn't appreciate the advice that the parking close-by was safe. When we woke up, the window of our car was crashed and two of our suitcases were stolen.The surroundings are not good. This place is better for backpackers, since it's cheap, but if you are traveling with suitcases or with a car or family, just know that you shouldn't leave your car anywhere near. The zone is not safe and there are a lot of dangerous people around. Me, my brother and my girlfriend didn't feel safe. Unless you are OK with such conditions, please avoid.

Superb

The room with bathroom overlooks a very quiet (but a bit dark) street and, at night, it's very pacefull. I loved the typical genovese bohemienne atmosphere. The owners are the best part of my stay: they've been very gentle, accommodating, welcomy and they're absolutely good and nice people. Breakfast was very satisfactory (cookies, brioches, yogurt, tea, milk, jam etc etc) The B&B in in front of the harbor at walking distance from the railway station. I'll definitely be back!!

The apartment must be renovated. It's an old apartment separated on some rooms, located on a very noisy road. Not possible to close the windows because there is no conditioner.
