La chambre est super confortable et tout est très propre.

L’emplacement c’est un peu compliqué mais c’est dans un quartier calme.

deux jours catastrophiques que nous n'oublierons pas.

annonce mensongère: nous avons choisi cette location pour: 1er: le parking , il n'y a que 6 places pour 3 immeubles. la voiture etait garée à 500m. avec un acces très difficile - pente très raide, chemin etroit et dangereux. 2è: vue , notre unique chambre donnait sur un mur .photo . 3e : quartier: j'ai été agressée en plein jour par deux voyous qui m'ont arraché mon collier. déclaration à la police. 4e : balcon : situé dans la cuisine, interdit aux résidents. cet appartement -F3- accueille 6 touristes dans 3 chambres. salle de bains et toilettes collectices. à l'arrivée , nous avons attendu une heure de demie pour acceder : proprietaire absent , telephone sur repondeur, pas d'adresse. c'est un promeneur qui nous a aidés en interpellant pour attirer l'attention d'une voisine de l'immeuble voisin. nous avons utilisé plusieurs fois vos services, c'est la première fois que c'est ainsi. nous avons du quitter cet appartement deux jours avant parce que nous avions peur de sortir. pouvons nous prétendre à un rembousement des 2 nuits ? nous avons repris la route pour Turin où l'hotel choisi par votre intermédiaire était formidable.

Camera buona per brevi soggiorni

- procedura di self check-in online veloce e facile; - pulizia del bagno perfetta e quotidiana; il bagno è in comune con un'altra camera ma non ci sono assolutamente stati problemi di condivisione; - pulizia della camera altrettanto scrupolosa; - struttura recentemente ristrutturata, mobilio nuovo e bagno molto comodo; - quartiere tranquillo e sicuro anche di notte; - posizione comoda per visitare il centro e la zona del porto antico: a poca distanza dalla struttura ci sono autobus che lasciano in centro o la metropolitana a una decina di minuti a piedi (sì, in salita/discesa ma nulla di impraticabile se si è un minimo abituati a camminare)

- Disattenzioni nella preparazione della camera (es. mancanza di un cuscino o coperta extra nell'armadio, assenza di una delle due lampade da comodino, presenza di pochissime grucce nell'armadio, assenza di due asciugamani in un kit all'arrivo); - dotazione della camera migliorabile: si potrebbe mettere una sedia in più essendo la camera per due persone; si potrebbe fornire un appendiabiti o un supporto dove mettere le giacche e/o gli asciugamani ad asciugare; - pareti molto sottili: si sentono molto i rumori provenienti dalle altre camere; - qualche problema di comunicazione con l'host: non è successo a noi personalmente, ma abbiamo assistito all'arrivo di una coppia con self check-in online a cui non erano state lasciate le chiavi della camera. Il problema è stato risolto, ma la coppia ha comunque dovuto attendere l'arrivo del personale per poter avere accesso alla camera. In generale, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la struttura ha ottime potenzialità. Correggendo alcuni dettagli il soggiorno potrebbe diventare molto più confortevole.

L'accueil, la réservation, l'arnaque à la 2eme personne. Le système de l'enregistrement est inquiétant, obligeant à donner des coordonnées à un système inconnu, la délivrance d'un code d'entrée d'immeuble et d'appartement compliqué et soumis au bon fonctionnement des données internet. Enfin, et ce qui n'est pas dit dans l'annonce, une longue côte très pentue difficile à monter pour atteindre le logement, pour finir dans un immeuble isolé et sans vue
