Hotel is ok for a short stay ,5-7 pints out of 10.

The room was attractive and comfortable with a lovely bath. It is a real hotel so there is a receptionist with knowledge of the area and tips on how to get around the city. I would absolutely stay there again if I am in Genoa, The breakfast was also good and reasonably priced at six euro for the buffet. That is about the same cost as a coffee and a croissant in a café Some rooms have a sea view but my room faced the railway station. Despite this, I was not disturbed by the trains at all.

The view from the roof terrance was amazing. Room was good for the price we paid. Beds were ok. We left before breakfast for a train. The location was great right next to train station and ports. Air conditioning was great 😊

There was a strange smell in the room. Thought it was strange they took the key from us when we left the hotel but everything was ok.

Well positioned, very polite staff, clean, simple, cute, working old fashion elevators. Reasonable breakfast. View is nice. Beds are comfortable (and don’t have to be super soft), shatters are just like on any other building. So there is a chance to experience a little bit of a local life without complaining “it’s too dark”

Very convenient to the train station but make sure you choose Genove Principe not Bagnole and it’s just up the stone stairs. Breakfast available.

Decent budget option for those wanting to stay in Genoa - which I would only recommend as a base to visit Portofino & the Cinque Terre. Right next to main train station. Old style room but spacious & clean with good Air-Con & wifi. Approx 10-12 min walk to heart of Old Town Genoa.

Location is great. Just few uphill steps from railway station. Additionally, view from bathroom was great to the town and railway station with double window doors opening.

There were many steps and not easy with baby strawler. Then again, there is 24h resorption and it was ok to leave it by the hallway.

Excellent, totally recommend

Everything was great, room is very close to the station. They made us very comfortable. They gave early check in, they held our luggage after the check out until evening so that we can roam a bit more. I would recommend.

I could hear the sounds of water running in the pipeline through the wall.

Fine for the night

Very convenient for the station (although a steep walk up to the reception area). Staff that we saw were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and there was soap, shower gel and a range of towels provided.

The hotel room was incredibly hot and the air conditioning was not working efficiently at all. The hotel was very dated, but clean. The shower cubicle was very small, but the shower was powerful.

Well-located basic hotel in Genoa.

Good location, very close to the main station, though steep steps from there up to the hotel! Room was quite spacious. Internet good, though some glitches when streaming.

Shower cubicle very small indeed, almost inaccessible to a larger person. Air conditioning appeared to be absent, though on leaving the hotel I was told that the remote control could have accessed this. Hotel not cheap for what it offered, but worth consideration.

Room / bathroom seemed generally clean. Close to the train station, which was my main goal. Plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area.

Very old and dated building and room furniture, the AC didn't work well and was switched off when I arrived, so the room was like an oven. The check-in was unprofessional, from the basics to things like giving recs for somewhere to eat. The person in the reception in the morning seemed much more competent, to be fair. Overall, I'm glad I arrived late and left early..

Location is superb to reach the old city as well as the main station. The room was well arranged for a single type. There is a great view from the terrace. The stuff was friendly and supportive.

Liitle too noisy, but it was expected, the hotel is next to the train station, just above the lines. The shutting of the window solved the problem to a bareable limit.

A pleasant stay in a well-located hotel

The location in particular is excellent - literally a couple of minutes from the train station. Exit the station, look up to your left and you can see the hotel straightaway. The room was clean and tidy - no frills - and overlooked the railway platforms and the city It was quiet throughout the stay Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice of food and a very clever hot/cold drinks machine

The balcony terrace was locked unfortunately

Next to the train station ! Really cool ! The breakfast ain't that complet but that was ok ! Staff really nice ! Can put my luggages after check out in the lobby while waiting for the train !

The mattress was too soft, but that's ok. The pillow (is that even one??) was way too flat (thanks for the staff for giving me an other one on the second night though, without me asking, must be because of the pillow i made with the blanket the night before lol) Cockroach under the toilet seat ???? Like saw it the last night but had to confirm none of them got into our luggages! We can hear the pipes at night.. not that cool, and what's happening in the room next to us (whenever they used the bathroom). Can also hear people in the hallway.. thankfully they were kind of quiet but we never know right?

The hotel was on the prime location.Food easily available even halal.Train station,bus stop Is near.Beautiful location we you get the change to book room with balcony.

Heating was not that great but you can ask.I was not bothered.
