The location was great, next to markets, the port and the train station.

Location close to station and buses and cruise port and was quite good value in comparison to others in the area .
The actual area is not nice late at night . - the rooms and lobby are a bit dingy but the bathroom was good . The tiny lift exited onto the midway landings .

Friendly staff. Location to the Port. Location the train station.
Quality of the shampoo, soap and constant disturbing noise outside at night time

It was located right next to this train station so we didn’t have to carry our luggage too far. There were restaurants and the marina was close by. The guest clerk was kind enough to move us to a bigger room. They were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was quite decent.

There was nothing that we liked about this hotel other than the fact that it was close to the harbor where we needed to board our ship 2 days after check in
This hotel was very dingy in a very dingy space. Outside of our bedroom window was a building that was just disgusting to look at. We never opened our window the entire time we were there as the smell that came in was just disgusting. When you looked down from the window, there was just a huge pile of rubbish and rotting food which I'm assuming cockroaches and rats ran freely. Outside of our hotel was just drunken and drugged men all day and all night. Even at 5 am there was drunken people that hung around speaking so loudly and urinating all over the show... Im all for the look of graffiti in current times as it does add character and shows a form of street art, however seeing the writing on the wall of the entrance of the hotel saying "I love Hamas" made me very uncomfortable.

The room was quite clean despite being old. Check-in time till late.
Hotel is pretty old one, the room itself too: pillows for example were really old ones, and not comfortable. However the room was clean.
It is definetely not 3 stars hotel. Given that summer season prices are high, but still the stay in this hotel feels a bit overpriced. Location is not in a great area, but it is understandable since it was close to the station and port, which is for us was a necessity.

Reception was very helpful, Able to arrange good car parking.
Very noisy outside the hotel.

The location is perfect, so close to the Cruise Port, just few steps away.
It is a budget hotel, definitely not a 3-4 stars hotel. Okay to stay one or maximum 2 nights, if you need a hotel close to the cruise port. The towels and everything was smelling vinegar. I recommend this hotel only for a short stay. The elevator is a joke, I was using the stairs.

I was looking for a hotel close to the station, and this hotel certainly is
The shower fitting was broken. The breakfast was a little disappointing - you had to get your own coffee from a self-service machine and there was only one boiled egg available. The young lady on duty did boil more eggs on request.

Great location 5 mins walk from Genoa Principe Train station, clean rooms, super breakfast, friendly helpful staff, especially Alia and Alan
Pretty pricey for a quaint place, like Genoa

Fantastic shower
No tea or coffee making facilities and alot of road noice

We liked the great location, the front desk staff who were super helpful and friendly, and the room which provided great pillows, bedding and mattress. Reasonable breakfast.
We don't like the tiny elevator and the stopping system on the floors, which forces guests to always have to go up or down stairs, no matter where they are. Accessibility is nil. Another factor to note is the cleanliness (outside the rooms), which left something to be desired. The size of the shower stall also does not suit overweight people.

Good breakfast, room was a good size for a solo traveler and value for money. Good location in terms of easy access to places of interest; e.g. Aquarium, cruise departures, shopping .

The lady on the reception was a great person, kind and helpful.
The room was very dirty, and cold. The bathroom was smeling so bad... unbelieveble...

OK Hotel. Not far from center. Parking facilities in Central Station parking garage, very close to the hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel not far from old city (15 minutes walk). Metro station almost in front of hotel, free at certain hours of the day.
The square in front of the hotel appears to be a gathering place for refugees or homeless people (?). All friendly and harmless people, but provides a strange feeling upon arrival. It takes a couple of hours to get used to it.

we could easily walk to the city center
-the location (we felt really unsafe)
-the staff didn’t even smile
-the food and coffee
- uncomfortable bed

It’s location! i had to manage a heavy suitcase to the train station (Principe) which is only 5 mins away. Close to Porto Antico and all it has to offer. However, the neighborhood is dicey. SO helpful to have the option of buying breakfast on site (and a deal at €5). Mostly unhealthy carbs but great coffee dispenser and I discovered chocolate/pear cake. They also let me consign a suitcase before my stay which was super helpful.
The room. dark, spartan, the lamp that served as a sculpture because it’s cord had been cut, the Motel 6 bathroom with minimal soap.

Breakfast was generous, the hotel was incredibly close to the train station where we arrived from southern Italy. The rooms seemed to have been recently refurbished, and were more modern than I expected.
The lift is located between floors which made things a little more complicated than they should have been for our friends with a baby.

Walking distance from Genova Piazza principe. That's it.
Very small room with worn paint, bathroom, smoke detector at an extremely high price for such a service.

Nothing at all! Who putt the stars on that scam? Who name it as hotel? Run as far as you can!!!!
I have more pictures, but unfortunately,I can't upload them on this review:-(
Where to start? Dirty as hell, bed neighborhood with drunks and garbage! Mice run from canalization!!!
AC full of fungi, probably the oldest AC ever!
Breakfast...uffff!
Bathroom .... moulded, old and not not cleaned for ages!
And 180Euro for room per night! Robbed, that's the filling!
Never ever again!
