The breakfast was outstanding. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and polite. I would liked to have known the history of the property it looked very historic and well maintained.

OK, good boutique hotel, good base for Genova. Nice staff and good breakfast. Within walking distance to the city centre.

The room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast sets were always set out, so we could easily eat even at an early hour.
It was unfortunate that the reception desk was nearby and I could hear people talking.
The hot water wasn't working in the room, so it took a while before I could use the shower.
The parking lot was so small that I couldn't use it even though I had a reservation.

English speaking helpful lady. I also really appreciated the possibility of parking spot there (billed extra). The garden is also handy and can delight you with a fresh air place for planning time or morning tea/coffee.
Room is looking historically original (ceiling paintings, mosaic floor, windows).
My room was a little bit opposite of what "cosy" is, the feeling was like the furniture was placed with not much care. No carpet (but nice traditional floor is there – i understand). Windows curtains were washed long ago i guess (greyish). There is also some noise from street/road outside – if you like calm, it can be not great for you.
