Hotel Astoria

Excellent hotel close to the main train station. The room was spacious, the bed super comfortable, the breakfast was amazing and they catered so well for my wife who is gluten intolerant. Brilliant service from the staff. Great restaurants (Gluten free options) and grocery store 5 mins walk from the hotel It was a pleasure to stay here.

Amazing room. Super clean. The hotel staff were extremely helpful given Genoa isn’t a tourist-heavy city. Location was in a really good place as well. Fantastic experience overall.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria in Genoa, made truly exceptional by Ruggero’s outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, helping us with everything we needed and providing fantastic recommendations for exploring the area. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care completely transformed our trip. We were so impressed that we extended our stay by four nights and decided to use Genoa as our base instead of moving along the coast as originally planned. Thank you, Ruggero, for making our visit unforgettable. Hotel Astoria is fortunate to have someone so dedicated, and we can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel it’s not clean inside, the walls in the room was very very dirty, it has to be repainted. The room was straight on the street. There is no isolation between rooms, we heard how the neighbour was snoring.
