Very nice hotel to stay

Great location and excellent staff

Location was excellent for visiting the city and an easy walk to the port / marina area. The staff at both reception and bar were exceptional and were so helpful.

The varying sizes of room allocated to our group who all paid the same but some had very large comfortable rooms and some were so much smaller.

An exceptional hotel, but a breakfast is expensive.

The room was exceptional, the AC worked perfect and did not blown out to the bed directly. WiFi had a good performance. The hotel's location allows easy walking distance to the old town. The breakfast was expeptional, with variety of fresh vegitables, fruits, cackes and juice.

The breakfast is expensive - this is a drawback only.

Gym - very few equipment, mostly for cardio training. The machine for strength training was broken.

A well presented city centre hotel with excellent service and facilities - good value

An excellent location for where we needed to visit. Located very near the main streets but in a relatively quiet position. The room was clean, the bed comfy and all the facilties worked well. The reception was always very helpful, and the bar and restaurant gave very good service although we only had a continental breakfast which gave us all the choice we needed.

All was fine - only the parking was a bit difficult to start with and we had to park across the road that was OK.

The experience was not so good because of the receptionist

The Staff, in fact one particular lady in the reception was really not helpful and made us park the car far away when she could have called the parking lot beside the hotel asking for a parking space for us. There are some people that really don’t want to be kind to others! That’s sad!

Bad customer service from Morning reception staff

Bedroom clean, comfortable. They let in before our check in?

Morning reception staff bad customer service 🙄. Poor patients on arrival male receptionist. Woman receptionist with black curly hair did not want to accept 20 cents in 5 cents coins. Poor currency in Italy? Also, by 11:40 ,hotel cancelled our room access and all of our luggage were stuck inside but 12 noon was out check out.

Really great!

Perfection. This is a great hotel in a very beautiful part of the city. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, very nice gym, in which I really enjoyed working out. Good laundry service when we needed it. Clean and fresh room. We booked 3 nights at first but then we decided to stay 3 more nights. It’s been a great week. The full package, really. Thank you so much! Definitively one of the best hotels we stayed in over the years of many travels. Top. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent hotel in the perfect central position!

The hotel was perfectly situated only a 10 minute walk to Piazza Ferrari down Via Roma where all the beautiful shops are. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly.

The size of the room was too small but I enquired about room sizes are they do have various sizes at different price categories.

Staff isn’t well trained: the guy at reception desk did charge me for the second night but forgot to update my digital key; as a result I wasn’t able to enter my room. The chief of breakfast room was eating during service and arguing with his colleagues: pathetic !

The bed was beyond the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in in my entire life. like a ROCK. And bad pillows. Some staff was lovely, some helpful not not necessarily friendly or warm.

Confortable with very kind personnel

excellent as only NH and a few others can be. Fantastic bed, very good breakfast.

The windows of the room were on security stairs and in front of another building, so there was basically no sun light. Not a big deal for a weekend, but a view on the street would have been better.
