Room in a shared flat, fantastic location, clean, close to great food options overall excellent! It’s not actually a B&B as the name suggests but that’s fine. It is loud in the streets around the place at night with a couple of popular bars and restaurants right outside. However the windows are magical and have an incredible ability to block the noise.
Minor complaint is that the bunk beds in the family room are really squeaky! Could be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

Good location and good for exploring Genoa. Very near several good places to eat. Five minute walk to San Lorenzo. Distance to both train stations good for arriving and exploring Cinque Terre. Easy check in and out. Owner responsive and easy to reach on phone. The room and bathroom both comfortable. There are two other rooms in the apartment but everyone is respectful and quiet.
Our room is above a restaurant and the window is facing the courtyard so it gets very noisy on weekends. The window is already double glazed to keep the noise down, but maybe more needed to absorb the noise. We informed the owner.
Could do with hanging places in the bedroom. Hooks for coats and shirts.

Great location, easy to walk into the city centre and to the port. Clean room. The host was great - he arranged birthday balloons for my partner
Very noisy at night as the locals are out on the streets until about 4am
You have to walk through the communal lounge to get to the bathroom

A good location in the Old Town
The room was rather Spartan. There were no curtains. Complicated instructions to get inside.
