Great stay in the heart of Genova

Great location. Our window looked over a busy little square but luckily that did not affect our sleep. Aircondition worked perfectly. Had everything we needed for a short “luxury” change from sleeping in our car the rest of the holiday. Host was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp.

Only small remark might be that some of the furniture was a bit wonky (nightstand, bench).

The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the main square, with lots of little cafes and bars close by. There is a nice square just at the back of the apartment with good restaurants. The room is immaculate and looked new, the bathroom was a good size and also very modern, clean and new. We were met at the apartment by the host and we was very enthusiastic and helpful, and allowed us to leave our bags as we arrived very early.

The only thing I think could be better is there are no curtains, blinds or nets at the very big and beautiful windows, which means you need to closer the outside shutters which wasn’t that easy and it made the room very dark, when you wanted to get changed.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment in Genova on April 15, 2025, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. We found the place through Booking and couldn't have asked for a better stay – it's perfect for both short and long visits and offers incredible value for the price. The apartment is located right in the city center, making it easy to walk to the main streets, squares, and all the major attractions. The place itself was spotless, very modern, and clearly well taken care of. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality. Even though we arrived late and had to do a self-check-in, the hosts made everything seamless by providing clear instructions. They were always available to help – from guiding us to the apartment to offering useful tips about the city and transportation. The host, a lovely lady, went out of her way to help us on our last day with directions and even explained how to navigate the metro system. We truly felt welcomed and supported throughout our stay.

Large room but needs a few tweaks

Good, fast and friendly communication with host, large room, lovely decor and nice large comfy bed. Great central location. Really easy self check in and self check out

The noise, zero soundproofing. The noise from the people above was awful, you can hear every single footstep (constant) & can even hear when they turn on a socket. A mini fridge to store waters/drinks and some extra towels would have been great (without an extra charge) Had to use the same towels 7 times for our 3 night stay. Extractor fan needed in bathroom, there is a window but this opens onto a courtyard where there are chairs literally right outside the window so you can’t have it open when showering. A few streets up is also a red light district that didn’t feel safe at all, even during the day Cleaning could be better, dropped some clothes on the floor when unpacking and they were covered in dust

Ottima posizione, struttura ristrutturata e ben fornita

Posizione centralissima, vicina a tutti i centri di interesse della città, situata in una piazzetta viva di giorno e tranquilla di notte. Bagno ampio, completo e fornito di tutti i prodotti necessari. Nessun problema con il check-in e il personale della struttura disponibilissimo e cordiale.

Piccole dimenticanze da parte del servizio di pulizia, alcune delle quali prontamente risolte dopo aver chiamato l’host, che si è rivelato disponibile e pronto a risolvere l’inconveniente.

lo consiglio vivamente se si tratta di un soggiorno breve, ottima zona e camera pulita e tutto nuovo. Accesso veloce e preciso. Camera silenziosa e vicino al centro.

camera un pò buia dovuta al fatto che apri le finestre e trovi un pianerottolo chiuso da palazzi, tipico però della zona.

Wspaniały pobyt w pięknej Genui.

Duży dwupokojowy apartament w samym centrum Starówki. Blisko do zwiedzenia zabytków jak i do strefy handlowej czy Mariny. Na dole, w sąsiedniej kamienicy fantastyczna kawiarnia.

Ottimo B&B! Moderno, curato e in posizione ottima. Ottima la comunicazione tramite whatsapp e l'utilizzo di codici d'accesso.

Purtroppo la mancanza del bidet è decisamente un punto in meno per la clientela italiana. Anche se presenti i doppi vetri, la notte non è particolarmente silenziosa a causa della location nella movida genovese. All'ingresso era presente una macchina del caffè nespresso di cui non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne per l'indisponibilità delle capsule.

Très satisfaite de choix , je regrette les conditions un peu complexes de l’accès et la difficulté de trouver la Vico Casale avec les infos données par mail. Un petit plan aurait bien facilité les choses . Dommage aussi qu’il n’y ait pas un plan de la ville fourni dans le livret d’accueil.

Зрозумілий гайд як дістатися до помешкання. Гайд з туристичними рекомендаціями. Наявність кондиціонеру, який в період нашого проживання став нам в нагоді. Якість матрацу та чистота постільної білизни. Наявності непоганих засобів гігієни (гель для душу, шампунь та кондиціонер) Розташування в історичному центрі і піша доступністю до парковки та набережної. Невеликий туристичний збір, відносно інших варіантів.

Відсутність в номері індивідуальних одноразових тапок. Ця дрібниця робить проживання значно комфортнішим. Розташування помешкання знаходиться в історичному центрі міста Генуя, до якого обмежений підʼїзд транспортних засобів. Ми подорожували на авто, тому цей фактор додав певних незручностей. Парковка в місті дорога, €25 за ніч. Варто враховувати ці витрати, якщо ви подорожуєте на авто. Шум в помешканні, через розташування закладів у дворі будинку. В помешканні були індивідуальні беруші, але якщо ви прагнете спокійного і тихого відпочинку, варто розглянути інший варіант. Чистота, загалом номер був чистий, але власникам варто звернути увагу на прибирання під ліжком – був величезний шар пилу. Під ліжком давно не проводили прибирання. Також в прибиранні варто звернути увагу на зону душу. Є місця з пліснявою, які можна легко прибрати без зусиль.

Eccezionale soggiorno a Genova in una super struttura

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica: a due passi dal Duomo di San Lorenzo e dalla zona del porto antico (dove si trova l’acquario e le maggiori attrazioni per i bimbi). La struttura è stata ristrutturata da pochi mesi, con un arredamento moderno e con attenzione minuziosa nei dettagli. Pulizia e cura eccellente. Lo staff super accogliente e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a breve a Genova, senza ombra di dubbio prenoterei nuovamente al Soziglia Guest Rooms!

Wirklich eine tolle, minimalistische und moderne Unterkunft (hat alles was benötigt).

Die Lage war sehr toll (zentral). Der Host hat uns sehr gute Restaurant-Empfehlungen gegeben. 👍🏼 Wir würden auf jedenfall nochmals kommen.

Ottima posizione della struttura, a due passi dal porto Antico . Camera pulitissima e moderna. In bagno i sanitari sono nuovi e moderni , la doccia è spaziosa e con un bel doccione. Gradite le bottigliette d'acqua in omaggio

Non avendo letto con attenzione le caratteristiche della camera, ho constatato con disappunto solo all' arrivo la mancanza del bidè in bagno. In contrasto con gli arredi nuovi e in ottimo stato della camera , la struttura del letto era precaria , non appena ci si sedeva la testiera cigolava rumorosamente e sembrava che il letto dovesse andare a pezzi da un momento all'altro, il materasso invece era alto e molto comodo. Avrei gradito la presenza di un piccolo frigo

Camera spaziosa, ben arredata e con un bel bagno. Posizione centrale comodissima a tutti i servizi. Nel complesso molto bene.

Sulla finestra mancano le tende oscuranti e un po' di luce passa dagli scuri. Nonostante le finestre di buona qualità , si sente ancora rumori durante la notte.
