Very clean and beautiful apartment. The receptionists are gentle and helpful.

Nice staff and apartment, weird location/structure

The apartment was great: spacious, comfortable, warm, with a nice kitchenette, a table for meetings, a good bed, a comfortable pull out couch and a nice bathroom. It felt good. One can stay there for a while.

Getting to the garage and to the apartment is really weird. There are several gates and back alleys to go through, doors to open, an old elevator, a fire-safe door to open, etc. I am local and can read the signs so it was OK, but it will confuse foreigns.

I had to leave because of someone in my family died. It was a big problem beacause I made a reservation for 7 nights and get no refund. Made a deal I should pay for 3 nights, hope 4 will be refunded as well...

L’appartamento era molto ampio e completo di tutti i servizi.

Per quanto la posizione sia comoda, purtroppo non è delle migliori per quanto riguarda sicurezza e viabilità (almeno per i pedoni).

Prima volta a Genova!!!

Ottima posizione, grandezza dell’appartamento e pulizia. Se non fosse per il posto auto non gestito bene…

Ottima la possibilità di avere un parcheggio a pagamento ma non riservato. Ciò ci ha impedito di prendere la macchina x spostarci poiché c’era il rischio di perdere il posto auto. Sarebbe meglio pagare x avere il posto auto fino ad esaurimento posti.

Kaldığım birkaç harika otel hatırlıyorum fakat bu benim listemde ilk ona kesinlikle girer. Çok Geniş oda, fena olmayan bir mutfak, sessiz, hiç gürültü yok, perdeleri kapatınca simsiyah bir ortam, tertemiz. Otoparkı var 16 Euro. bir tek handikapı var, otoparktan otele geçiş yok, dışardan çok az bir şey yürümeniz gerekiyor.

Cikis saat 10’da, bence fazlasıyla erken bir saat. Kahvaltı yok.

colazione intercontinentale ottima c'è una vasta scelta di cibo posizione strategica a 15 minuti dal centro autobus dall'altro lato della strada e collegata benissimo all'acquario Staff eccellente e lalloggio super Parcheggio in struttura

Sehr komfortables Apartment in Hafennähe, das dem Holiday Inn angegliedert ist. Top ist der Parkplatz für Autoreisende, die Lage auf den ersten Blick nicht so toll, aber es gibt eine Metrostation in der Nähe und man ist blitzschnell im Zentrum.

La résidence est très indiquée, on ne peux s'arrêter devant pour faire le checking. Le parking est difficile d'accès et la sortie n'est pas faite pour une voiture basse. La chambre avait une forte odeur de tabac qui a imprégné les draps.

Truffa e pessima esperienza

Truffa!!! Abbiamo prenotato l’alloggio su Booking con indicato 4 stelle, abbiamo speso 188€ a notte, quando siamo arrivati ci siamo accorti che questo hotel era solo sotto gestione Hotel Holiday Inn appunto 4 stelle (dove bisognava uscire dalla struttura e andare a fare check in). Abbiamo chiesto al personale se fosse un hotel di 4 stelle come indicato su Booking e mi ha confermato certamente, dopo di che abbiamo visto come era strutturato ci è venuto dubbio(sporco , puzzava di fumo dappertutto, prenotato per 3 adulti e un bambino invece la camera era dotato solo di due materassi singoli uniti insieme e abbiamo dovuto dormire lì in quattro. Abbiamo chiesto una coperta in più il personale ci ha risposto che era lì da solo quindi dovevamo andare noi a ritirare in quell’altro hotel Holiday Inn lontano. Alla fine abbiamo trovato su Google che si trattava di due stelle e non 4 come ha indicato su Booking e come ha confermato con certezza il personale check in. Pessima esperienza.
