I couldnt stay at the hotel due to distgusting smell at the room

I paid €99 for a room at this hotel, but upon entering, I immediately noticed an unbearable smell despite the room looking clean. When I asked the staff about it, they told me the smell would disappear if I opened the windows. However, even after keeping the windows open for 15 minutes, the smell was still overwhelming. Later, together with the staff, we checked the items in the room one by one and realized that the musty odor was actually coming from inside the walls due to mold. At that point, I had no choice but to leave the hotel and pay a much higher amount for another accommodation. I am still waiting for a refund. The staff even tried to mislead me by claiming they could not smell anything, although it was clear they were also struggling to breathe. This was a disgusting and unacceptable attitude.

A neat and comfortable place

Clean and neat. Tastefully furnished. Comfortable bed. Conveniently located near the city port. Doors locking/unlocking system operated via the vikey website. Kind hosts, they welcomed us and provided us with clear instructions despite my last minute booking.

The rooms are on the first floor and a lift is not available. This might be inconvenient for some guests. The use of vikey is brillant but this implies that you are not allowed to let your cellphone run out of battery and need internet connection to get in.

Nice one night stay

Close to the Acuario (about 15 min by walk) Free parking-we were lucky as we parked the car just in the front of the building but normally it’s not so easy to find a spot Very friendly personnel and great communication The apartment is very well connected with the center (metro,bus)

Separate bathroom (however private, only for you but you need to go out from your room) Towels smelled with cigarettes :( The exterior rooms (one we get) is super noisy, you hear everything from the street

Superb

Short walk from the station, it was conveniently located, even if it's on the opposite site from the city centre. The room was spacious and there were few products provided in the bathroom (and not just the low quality mini bottles you often get). While there was no breakfast, there was the kitchen available to make coffee and tea. I only stayed one night, but I'm happy with the choice I made.

Wir sind eine Nacht vorher für eine MSC Kreuzfahrt gekommen das Terminal liegt in Sichtweite dafür ist es Perfekt

Schönes, modernes Hotel mit nettem und hilfsbereitem Hotelbesitzer.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Hat uns bestens gefallen. Der Hotelbesitzer hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und war uns bei der Parkplatzsuche behilflich. Er hat uns auch Restaurants sowie Frühstücksmöglichkeiten empfohlen. Die Fahrräder durften wir problemlos mit ins Zimmer nehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Było rewelacyjnie :) bardzo polecamy!

Bardzo ładnie i czysto, świetna lokalizacja, z przystankiem autobusowym nieopodal. Bardzo miły personel, a Pan pozwolił nam zostawić bagaże. Czyściutko, świeżo po remoncie łazienki, w tym samym budynku jest świetna restauracja i można zjeść śniadanie w barze.

Après Pise, Etape à Gênes sur le chemin du retour vers la France

Gênes vaut le coup d'être vue et cet appartement était idéal pour cette étape : très joli, tout neuf et moderne, l'hôte vraiment très sympa qui nous a tout bien expliqué que voir dans la ville. Gênes est certainement la ville la plus 'Italienne' que nous avons vue : extrêmement vivante avec ses petits quartiers où tout le monde se connait, ses rues étroites et tortueuses, ses petits commerces de rue où le poissonnier côtoie le bouquiniste, le vendeur de foccacias, et le petit bistrot.

Endroit super propre, belle superficie, carrelage magnifique, très bien situé, Luca est très sympathique, et il nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter Genova.

Ottima location per brevi periodi in città

Luca il proprietario ottima persona, attenta, disponibile e precisa. La posizione non allettante a prima vista, ma poi a ben pensarci è perfetta. con pazienza si trova parcheggio auto e la metro per andare in centro è a 100 metri. Ma anche andare in centro camminando non si impiega più di 15-20 minuti. La stanza dov'ero io è davvero ampia e soleggiata ancorchè affacciata alla strada principale.

L'apertura porta palazzo, appartemento e stanza avviene con un sistema collegato al cellulare. Personalmente l'ho trovato macchinoso e scomodo.
