Prime location

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of all the main sites and train station in Genoa. We felt very safe and comfortable here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options include a good variety and make it easy to start the day.

The room's heat was set very high, and we were not able to change the setting, so at times we had to open the window. However, it was not unbearably uncomfortable - just a minor inconvenience.

Very pleasant stay in Family

The room was spacious and comfortable. We have a small balcony and the view was very nice. They prepared the baby bed for us and we had space to stay with the baby. There was air conditioning during our stay in June, so it was nice to have it in order to sleep as the weather outside was really hot. The address is excellent in the center of the city, easy to access to all touristic places of the city. Very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was lack of variety. The AC in our room was leaking some water the first day and then it was fixed.

The breakfast was ok and the location was really good. We were able to leave our luggage on the Hotel after our check-out to go on a tour and come back afterwards to take it. The bed was comfortable.

We couldn't have an early check-in. The Hotel was full of people and the breakfast room was absolutely noisy and stressful. There's only one tiny elevator and it takes a million years to wait for it. People with knee issues are not recommended to come to this Hotel as the step of the stairs are too high. The room was too tiny and dark.

It was a lovely trip

The location is near by metro station, harbour, aquarium and train station Piazza Principe. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast has combine both salty food and sweet ones.

The elevator is a little cramped and the space before entering is tiny. I disliked the steps in the room.

Housekeeping team made sure I was comfortable and happy with my room. Fresh juice and excellent breakfast too. I’ll be back.

Building is dated. Needs decorating. Flooring was like underlay in the corridors. Bathroom floor looked dirty and shower tray was rusty.

quick 2 day discovery of Genoa

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful! good Italian style breakfast, unlimited freshly squeezed orange juice is a nice touch, clean overall, central location.

old building, it has it’s disadvantages, bathroom is modern, reception and breakfast area is renewed and good looking, but room itself had a window which is pointing to other building like a meter away and no sun is getting in the room :/ if however you are lucky you get room with street view than it will be great. I guess if you can afford to spend a little more for a little bit more comfort than do it, otherwise this hotel is a good value for money.
