A lovely stay in Genova, the location was perfect, lovely building and very comfortable stay.

The building was charming and eclectic, the high, painted ceilings were beautiful ceilings were beautiful and we had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The host was very kind and accommodating. He messaged us straight after booking about directions to the property and that he would be there to receive us when we arrived. He allowed us to drop off our bags and check in early which was lovely. The location was also perfect right next to the bus stop and close to everything!

I would recommend the place, it's quite good for the price.

Very close to the city center, old fashioned apartment with high ceilings, friendly host.

No air conditioning, just the ventilator that was screwed to the table far from the bed, so it was very hot at night.

Great location, less than a 15 minute walk from Piazza Principe Train station, 25 minutes to walk Brignole train station, close to historic old center and great restaurants.

The walls are quite thin so sound from other apartments and rooms can be heard, bathroom was somewhat dated.

lo stabile e la location sono molto interessanti, d'epoca; qualche cura in più renderebbe il tutto di livello superiore all'attuale e ne varrebbe la pena! il proprietario è "essenziale" (pratico) e molto cortese.

Ubicación excelente, conectada con el centro histórico a pie. Habitación grande y cómoda, zona tranquila. A resaltar el anfitrión: amable, dispuesto a ayudar y muy sonriente. Baños compartidos pero amplios y agradables. Decoración muy acorde a la ciudad.

L hygiène linge de lit....., depuis j ai des démangeaisons. Odeur Les serre flex pour maintenir : - le pommeau de douche, - une boîte à clé maintenue dans le coffret à gaz, presque coupant. Un hébergement répondant à une appellation de bed et breakfast sans breakfast. Je ne suis pas difficile mais à ce stade c est Une honte. Il est déplorable de trouver un marchand de sommeil sur booking. J aurai aimé annulé en arrivant dans les lieux, j étais déjà satisfaite d avoir annulé une nuit sur les 3 initialement prévues.

Sufficiente per le mie necessità

Posizione ottima non troppo distante da Piazza Principe e vicina a un buon ristorante economico in Piazza del Carmine. Bagno condiviso completo di tutto il necessario e pulito. Pulizia generale ottima, e stanza molto spaziosa. Frigo a disposizione nello spazio comune.

Appartamento e arredamenti molto datati, che influiscono negativamente anche sul comfort. E' vero che i prezzi sono aumentati tutti, ma in questo caso credo che sia leggermente sopra la soglia del valore effettivo del servizio offerto. Si tratta di un Bed & Breakfast ma non c'era la colazione: ho provato la caffettiera a disposizione ma non ha funzionato.
