Felt very well looked after by professional host at this B&B

Leonardo was a very professional host. He welcomed us personally and was flexible when we were a little later than expected. He also provided a really excellent breakfast spread.

Just be aware that the apartment is on 4th floor with no lift. Fine for us but perhaps not for everybody.

Great location for the cruise ships, and very friendly host.

The accommodation is situated on a high floor overlooking many of the cruise ships. We had a lovely large room for 3 of us staying.

Its a fantastic old building which unfortunately does not have a lift, so would not be suitable for everyone

The staff were genuinely friendly and made sure everyone had their preferred coffee, adding a thoughtful touch to the morning routine.

Comfortable & cute place to stay with a helpful host

Lovely little place in Genova! Very clean & comfortable. The photos dont do it justice! The host Leonardo was so welcoming and helpful, he gave us lots of good tips on where to go and what to see! Would definitely stay again.

Due to lack of airco it was unpleasent

The host is very friendly and helpful, 5-star for his efforts and kindness. A lot of effort went into the breakfast and there were a lot of choicea

There is no airconditioning, something we overlooked when booking. Leonardo tries his best to put a lot of fans in all the rooms but they don’t really help cooling down. We didn’t sleep well due to the heat which made our stay unpleasent unfortunately. Airco is really needed here..

It was nice that i have been given an other room, which had Superb views to the Genoa port. . Is an apartment with 3-4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, The personnel was helpful and very nice to talk to.

the first room i was given was heavy cigarette smoke , so i ask for an other one.

Great host with a nice location.

Great location (although it can be tricky to park) in a fun city. Leonardo is a very kind and helpful host who did his best to make our stay fun. Lovely gelato shop right next door.

The apartment is 89 steps up and that combined with the Italian heat in July made for a very warm stay. Leonardo had 7 fans set up to help make the room more comfortable, but it still got a bit stuffy unless we opened the windows to the loud streets below.

The B&B is a great place to stay. It is quiet and clean and also 5 minutes walking distance from the train station. The host is very nice and helpful. He suggested nice restaurants to us where we could eat the best Italian food. He gave us tips on how to travel across Geona and which places to visit. The host is there every morning to prepare breakfast for his guests and he also makes delicious coffee.

A friendly and very carring place!

The very friendly and carring way the people incharge recived me was amazing. They helped me with everything I needed including guidance on where to walk in the city to experience the best views in early morgnings. The cleaning lady and the person incharge of breakfast were just wonderfull! Breakfast was simply delicious even for a vegan. Proximity to the Port and central station was perfect for me and although no elevator there is no thought this is a great place to stay. I will definitely be comming back, thank you!

The host was very kind and helped us with a lot of information about the city and the transport in the city. We liked the accommodation, because it is located relatively close to many tourist attractions, the old city center, the train station, the metro station, the MSC terminal (for the future cruise that was waiting for us). The offered breakfast was typical Italian, tea, coffee, focaccia and delicious croissants. The location also has an adequately equipped kitchen where you can prepare various dishes to your personal taste, in case you do not opt for a meal at the restaurant. Many thanks to our host and we will stay in this location in the future!

Good place to sleep to break up a journey

Breakfast was great - had cappuccinos made for us all which was really nice. The room itself was good for what we needed, and had four fans to keep the room cool. The beds were super comfy and we all had a great night of sleep

Not much. The worst part was the lack of a supermarket or many restaurants nearby, which isn’t really a fault of the actual B&B itself.
