Close 2 Main Station. Basic Clean. Rough Area

Cozy single well furnished room with comfortable bed, sufficient lighting, basin, electric kettle & clean exterior bathroom. Very close to main central station, reason why I chose it. Good value for money & walking distance to main attraction in heart of old Genevoa.

Poor breakfast choices. The street could b kinda rough for some travellers, but not for me :)

Great value for money

It's a very good hotel for its category. Very well located, less than 5 min from the train station and the airport bus. Clean, curteous staff, very good coffee served each morning in your room. I could also deposit my bag after check-out since I had a late flight. Great value for money.

In the common spaces there was the occasional cigarette smoke smell, probably from the smoking rooms. Not a deal breaker but good to know.

Very close to the train station. Very warm and cosy and very nice staff. The room was super clean and comfortable.

If I opened the window, the noise of the traffic was very loud. So it wasn't so handy to open the window. It was nice to have the breakfast delivered to the room but there was no choice and I missed a breakfast room to eat and see other people.

Clean and comfy.

The room was clean and wel equipped, they provided tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was always on time and tasty. The owners and staff went above and beyond so kind and helpful. I felt very safe as a solo traveler.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt

Bett, Schrank, Ablage, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch mit Wasserkocher, kostenlosem Tee und Kaffeemaschine war im Zimmer alles da. Ich hatte im Zimmer noch ein Waschbecken mit Spiegel, verpackte Einwegpantoffel, die Handtücher haben frisch gerochen, ich hatte noch ein seperates privates Badezimmer im Gang, welches auch sehr sauber war. Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, von dem Lärm kriegt man aber nicht viel mit. Unglaublich nettes Personal!! Man hat sich da wirklich wohl und als Frau alleine sehr sicher gefühlt! Bringen einem frühs das typisch italienische Frühstück aufs Zimmer mit vorheriger Absprache was denn zu Trinken gewünscht ist. Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Ich war nur zu Fuß in Genoa unterwegs.

Bett war unbeschreiblich unbequem. Ich hatte das gefühl die Matratze war zu sehr eingelegen oder schief. Ich bin ständig an den Rand gerollt. Zudem ist die Bettdecke nicht vollständig bezogen und ich habe 3-4 Haare verschiedener Längen und Farben gefunden. Bettbezug etc. hat sehr frisch gerochen deswegen vermute ich es hat sich beim waschen da einfach eingefangen. Trotzdem etwas unangenehm. GROẞES MANKO: Das Schloß von meinem Zimmer war kaputt. Mit leichtem Druck konnte man mein Zimmer öffnen. Wertsachen habe ich demnach immer alle bei mir gehabt und da der Eingang tagsüber "bewacht" war und ich abends sowieso nicht mehr raus gegangen bin, hab ich noch ein Auge zu gedrückt und darauf vertraut das für die paar Stunden wo ich weg bin nichts geklaut wird. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder als Solo Backpacker ist das in Ordnung. Würde höchstens wiederkommen wenn ich in einem anderen Zimmer untergebracht werde😅

Une bonne adresse, que je recommanderai.

La chambre était petite mais rien ne manquait question équipement, la literie très bonne, la propreté, un petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre et... servi dans la chambre, ... Un accueil très chaleureux, un personnel à l'écoute de ses clients et qui parle français, enfin la position géographique de l'Hôtel, très pratique.

La posizione,appena sotto la stazione di Principe;il quartiere multietnico,la vicinanza al Porto e all'Università,la tranquillità e grande pace della struttura,con quel tocco vintage che rende tutto più chic!Ottimo staff e la trattoria da Mario a 200 metri,dove si mangia benissimo e si paga pochissimo!Consigliato vivamente

Posizione centrale, vicino a una delle due principali stazioni del treno (Piazza Principe), al terminal traghetti e al centro storico. Facilmente raggiungibile anche dall'aeroporto. Per il prezzo pagato e i servizi forniti è un vero affare. La colazione era anche buona. Personale cordiale anche se distaccato

La zona è comoda perché è centrale, ma non è tanto carina la sera. Il traffico fuori la stanza si fa sentire già dalla mattina presto, quindi non è ideale secondo me per chi vuole rimanere tanto a letto. Trovo anche che le luci della stanza siano troppo forti la sera, ma si può usare quella da lettura che fa il suo dovere.

Liebevolles Hotel in der Altstadt

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet! Empfang sehr freundlich und bemüht alles zu verstehen (auch mit Hilfe eines Übersetzungsprogramms). Für die baulichen Voraussetzungen kann es nicht besser sein!

Im Badezimmer wäre ein zusätzlicher Haken für das Handtuch hilfreich.

Struttura piccola ma molto comoda per chi come me e mio marito siamo scesi alla stazione. Personale accogliente in tutto, gentili e molto disponibili a chiamarci anche il taxi . colazione in camera abbondante . Per essere una stella ha il suo perché !!

El entorno no es muy bonito y se siente un poco inseguro. Aunque puede ser una sensación pues nunca pasó nada raro. Está al lado de una iglesia muy bonita. Uno camina unos pasos y el entorno cambia por completo. La mayoría de los lugares de interés son caminables

La habitación estaba muy bien, el personal es muy amable, pero no me convenció del todo la zona donde está ubicado. Si bien está a menos de dos cuadras de la estación de tren, está en un pasaje lleno de negocios de personas de otras nacionalidades. De todos modos, el lugar cumplió con mis expectativas para lo que es el alojamiento

Està molt ben situat. L’habitació estava molt neta i, a més de l’aire condicionat, hi havia una bullidora d’aigua per fer-te un te o infusió i una màquina de cafè de càpsula. També coixins extra. A més el personal va ser amabilíssim!

La proximité avec la gare, le centre ville et le front de mer. Personnel très gentil, un petit commerce en face qui dépanne. Possibilité de laisser les bagages à la consigne sans frais supplémentaires.

Pas mal de junkies aux alentours les pauvres mais rien à propos de l'hôtel.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ce petit établissement: notre chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée et très propre, le personnel très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons aimé le fait que la chambre donnait sur une rue piétonne peu bruyante.

Я провела 7 прекрасных дней в Генуе

В номере было все необходимое для проживания. Важно, что был кондиционер, он спасал от жары, которая была во время моего пребывания. Очень близко центральный ж.д. вокзал, 3 минуты пешком и это очень удобно, потому что поездки по окрестностям и на пляж, я осуществляла через него. Также рядом находится станция метро, хотя и пешком можно дойти ко многим достопримечательностям. Но главное, это гостеприимный и предупредительный персонал. Мне было комфортно и приятно чувствовать себя их гостьей.

Тк это припортовый район, респектабельным его не назовешь

Super Lage: 5' vom Bahnhof am Rande der Altstadt von Genua. Freundliches und flexibles Personal bei der Erfüllung von Sonderwünschen (Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Gravelbikes)

Posizione vicinissima alla stazione centrale ed alla zona del porto (acquario a pochi passi). Comodo per girare a piedi e vicino alla fermata della metro.

Mancanza di parcheggio (è necessario parcheggiare in strada in parcheggi blu). Bagno molto piccolo e senza finestre. Pulizia migliorabile.

Molto oltre le aspettative, prenotato all'ultimo momento visto l'ora tarda che sono arrivato a Genova, magari avessi avuto un pochino piu di tempo, l'avrei tenuto per ultimo , ma devo dire che sono rimasto sorpreso il fatto che sia 1 Stella in questo caso non vuol dire nulla , sono arrivato verso le 23:30 mi accolto un ragazzo che è anche il proprietario, gentilissimo è sorridente è disponibile (è visto l'ora è tanto ),la cosa veramente impressionante la stanza ,tutto bello pulito non mancava nulla avevo anche una macchina del caffè a mia disposizione con il bollittore è tisane , nel bagno era veramente perfetto anche le ciabattine cosa che si trova solo da un 3 stelle in su, la cosa ancora piu bella la colazione servita in camera al mattino all'ora chiesta , che devo dire per essere 1 stella ti danno tutto confezionato , ma tutto dalla brioche -burro -marmellata è fette biscottate, che poi che dire sono le stesse cose che si trovano in un 3 stelle forse per il cornetto che caldo ma poco importa, per il prezzo è il servizio nulla da dire , sono rimasto da quelle poche recensioni che sono rimasti un pochino delusi , ma per mia valutazione personale devo dire nulla di negativo , consiglio vivamente è ritornerò sicuramente da loro .
